The order arrived completely different from the description. It's a joke. SCAM. You may as well throw your money out. Really horrible quality, service, and experience.

I ordered a blue knitted sweater dress. I received a white straight jacket, no less. No refunds.

Worst customer service ever I bought a trouser and wanted to exchange the size which they asked me to send it back for exchange it was delivered but now they are not responding on the emails and there is no other way to reach them out! Simply worst customer service ever and treating there customers so unprofessionally, whatever the quality of there product is if they can't give service they everything is useless..

I was so excited to find the website at first. After receiving the products I was literally heart broken. Never expected how can people lie and misrepresent like this. Please friends do not buy from these fraud and waist your hard earn money. Product is not my size and the yellow and pink sweater I received were never purchased.

Ordered dresses and received terrible knockoffs, poor quality and not even close to matching what the images show. Ecen sent us different items. Do NOT buy from here.

After one month I placed the order, finally the package arrived.

1 totally a wrong product
All cloths material is terrible
I contacted NKI Cloth 4 times for refund, they never get back to me. Total waste the money

Scammers! Items ordered October 21 and arrived December 3 and look NOTHING like what was advertised

I hate what I reviewed from this company. I ordered a beautiful floral black top. I received a black top that will fit a person wearing a size zero. I was able to get my head in it. The green top has M for medium, It is definitely a size small. I will never order from this company again and I suggest that no one order from Nikicloth. I am so disappointed.

My mother in law purchased two tops and a blouse. The tops were too small and the wrong blouse was sent. When contacted to return the goods, it transpires they are based in China and the return policy states that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Basically, they provide the wrong sized garments or the totally different garments and you can't get refund unless you pay exorbitant shipping costs to return the products to China.
Appalling

I have ordered a sleeveless dress and received something totally different. Did email them 20 times about returning policy, they didnt want to refund. PLEASE DONT BUY AT NIKKI CLOTH

I ordered 3 dresses in October 2020. I received 3 very poor quality dresses, which do not look like what i ordered.

The item are very different. They use cheap material to imitate the photos. NEVER BUY ANY ITEM FROM THEM! It 0 rating

The items delivered were nothing like what was advertised. This is deception and a scam! Very disappointing.

This is an Honest review please dont ignore me, i am pained that NIKICLOTH & MARGOSTORES are scammers,
they advertised beautiful clothing online and i purchased with paypal when they sent items to me,
it was less number of items i paid for, fake products, i ordered for US size 5XL,
Going by their size guide, they sent baby clothings that has no resemblance to what they advertised
i mail them with pictures explaining why i should get a refund their customer service told me
they dont do returns i should go ahead and keep the items, i mailed them back that i dont agree i want
a refund, they never paid me back, i want justice, i need a refund,
