While Nike's products may come with a higher price tag compared to some competitors, I believe the investment is justified by the superior performance and longevity of their products
I spent over $100 on this Tiger Woods Nike golf shirt and I'm wearing it one day and it starts falling apart. They put a seam in the back and then used a black piece of adhesive tape to connect the two back panels as well as the collar and the shirt literally fell apart. Nike will do nothing about it. It's the last Nike product I will ever buy. I have bought $10 shirts that have lasted longer than this $100 + shirt.
Never buy these shoes. I had an older pair bought over 2 years ago. Changed my mind about other brands i liked. Bought a new pair just over 2 months ago. Nike doesn't cover the squeaking noise obviously coming from the spongy material on the bottom of shoe as per video i uploaded. I'm standing on carpet. Contracted nike online help and they said it would be covered if i called the proper dept. Called and they told me nothing can be done, that's not covered. Crappy made shoe obviously.

Don't order anything that you need in a specific frame. My past two orders sat at the facility ready to be picked up for days without explanation. Every time I contacted them, they could provide no explanation! You can't get any help until your expected delivery date has passed. Regarding why it shows ready for pick up and doesn't ship…they may have well said your guess is as good as mine! Will NOT order again.

Ordered 9/28/23 and received 10/3/23 nike air more uptempo in a 10c, 1st day wearing them was 10/5/23 and the treading is coming apart.
I ordered a pair of running shoes almost 2 weeks ago. I wanted delivery before my race so I could do at least one long run. You pay more for the shoes on this platform but I did not want to take a risk of ordering elsewhere as I (wrongly) assumed Nike would be best to ensure timely delivery. The estimated delivery date has been and gone. I contacted Nike and waited for an age to be told that it could take up to 8 days more for delivery. This is 21 days after my order was taken. Not cool Nike! Not cool at all.
I had my Nikes that I paid $90 for for a total of six months. I wore them sporadically and never in the rain. The sides by the balls of the feet began fraying and the heel reinforcement tabs began poking through the fabric into my heal. I paid $20 to send them back to Nike Rebound priority tracking mail and they denied my claim stating normal wear and tear. I'm 59 years old and my exercise is walking my chihuahua, so how much wear and tear can there be?. So $110 for six months of sporadic use? No way. They have lost a good customer. And I will make sure to tell my friends and family how wonderfully Nike backs their products.
Purchased men's custom AF1s as a Christmas gift. They were worn by a high schooler at school and to do on the fly athletics like pick up basketball a few times a week. Within a few months back was ripping out and sole is compromised. Do not buy unless they are only going to be worn occasionally as a fashion statement. Very poor quality for the price. He was disappointed.
They have good products but they shipping is awful very bad. I purchased my product from Nike Thursday I wanted it by Friday and paid extra money and I have not received my package and they did not send it to fed x but said the label was created
Shorts are too short than it is on the picture. On the model they go below the knees. But actually they are above the knees :) I thought I will be like LeBron from 2010, but I'm looking like Larry Bird from 90's:)

Nike quality is trash. Its obvious you're no longer using quality materials to makes shoes. I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my sons and you can see the glue all along the edges, wrinkles at the foot, worst of all they don't fit. How the heck can they not fit when they both have other Nike shoes and size and these don't fit.
Freaking ridiculous. I rather they wear Snack O'Neils and get my $250 back tf.
As expensive as Nike clothing is, it really annoys me I get a partial order but am charged for the whole thing. Quality control is severely lacking. Was on hold for 20 minutes waiting for customer service and opted for a refund. No way I would trust them to send the missng item by Christmas. Never again.

I am so upset as we beat bots for expensive sneakers only to lose to lasership shipping company as they have stolen 3 pair of Nike and mark them all as lost! It's a shame that Nike would use such a cheap and dishonest company to ship items

Nike track shoes do not run true to size may be off as much as 1.5 size always purchase larger size. I have several track athletes who basketball shoe size is more than a 1.5 size different from track shoes.
A friend purchased these shoes for me. RESLON nike air relentless 3 have had them for 4 months and already the whole grippy part off bottom of shoe has come off in pieces, making them very uncomfortable to wear being uneven on bottom of shoes... NIKE was my number 1 brand, but no longer... soo sad
I ordered shoes and paid 20 dollars extra for it to come a week earlier, it said they would arrive September 3rd, then it said it would be delayed 1 day which I understand, but it did'nt arrive September 4th either so then I checked my email said it would be delayed to September 9th, I literally paid money for them to come a week earlier and they're still coming a week later. Do something about this
I've order from the Nike app 4 times now. 3 out of the 4 times I've had to reorder due to "waiting for carrier pickup" days after the estimated delivery date. You have to call Nike customer service and that's why they get two stars because they do reship your shoes but then it takes even longer to get them and now only half of my orders are coming and the half is "missing" so now I have to reorder them again. Either someone that's working at the Nike store is stealing the packages or they're really terrible at getting the shoes out.
I'm not to pleased with all the tapered leg style of pant that not only Nike but all workout pants are doing. Nike could do themselves a service by providing the older style strait leg style of workout pants, this is something I've had several conversations and seen plenty of reviews for this but nobody seems to be listening. Bring back the strait leg style for crying out loud.
This is a warning to anybody who's contemplating purchasing some custom Nikes...
My air max 95 customs turned up today that I had to spend £145 for.
On inspecting them, I was deeply shocked with how bad the quality was.
The under sole wasnt glued to the midsole at the back on the left trainer.
The paint work on both of the midsoles is patchy,
The under sole on the front of the right trainer is noticeably off to one side rather than central.
Seriously disappointed and dissatisfied.
Now I'm going to have to mess around with my own time and money trying to sort this out!

Still trying figure out how a package tracks then stops. Then picks up and gives you dates it has checked or tagged or placed in trucks that haven't even come yet. It is July 31st and I am being told my package was scanned at 2:51 August 1st then again at 7:51 am august first. It's still July 31st. Overall experience with Nike great shipping was probably worst I ever experienced. Will stick with in store shopping for Nike. No more online takes a lifetime to get and they don't keep you updated on anything. If so you get the wrong dates and times.

I ordered a custom pair of huaraches. The trimming on the fabric looks like I. T was seen together by a high school class. Trimming is white all around the edges. The shoe is predominantly blue. Colors are true to what I chose. Its just poorly put together... Im so disappointed. Dont think Ill be ordering NikeiD again

Don't know what's going on with Nike. - ordered a pair of trainers - size 9! Then they were cancelled a few days later because the size was now unavailable, a few days after that I go online and check and the size is now back in stock on their website. Why did they not just wait a few days and then send them or offer me the trainers once they came back in. The deliver date was the 1st anyway.
I bought these shoes to wear to work (in a hospital). The lettering on the back lasted two weeks, and after 3 months the tread on the bottom of the shoe is literally peeling off! I received a ton of compliments, but here I am buying a new pair of shoes 3 months later- not happy.
I ordered a pair of shoes with Nike.com and the experience has been really 'meh'.
1. The order tracking was unreliable: information on the order page was not updated, the email notification "order shipped" was sent after the order was delivered, and I did not receive "delivered order" notification in time to ensure I could pick up the package so it wouldn't be stolen.
2. The support team was not able to provide more details on the order than the non-fuctional order page; I would not blame this on a support specialist as I think they might not have the needed information. However, overall it was a disappointing experience.
3. Support chat is bugged: I was in the middle of the chat with a customer support specialist; they told me something like "please wait a minute, I'll get back to you" and the chat was closed due to me being inactive.
4. Shipping is very slow - I was expected much speedier delivery from Nike; in the future, I'd prefer to order from a reseller instead or choose another brand.
I am very disappointed with Nike shoes recently. I was a huge fan of them and I never bough any pair of shoes other than Nike but the last couple of shoes I bought were just disaster and they were somehow fully destroyed after 6 month of use.
I purchased $250 pair Nike id looked exactly as ordered after 2 weeks wearing them only few times the bottom of the shoes started to literally coming off i just wear them on my days off and no running etc. the rubber on the bottom just started coming off and had to cut the loose parts off so i am not dragging pieces under shoe. Very disappointing if quality was what i thought "Nike" was i would purchased a few pair. Timothy rollo
