Part of my order missing but ehey refunded me. The refunded the other part shortly after myself requesting it. This saved them fin the end on my eyes. Personally there are better people out their to shop with but these guys are good for a bargain.

I paid for a new 4k LG Monitor by Mastercard incase of problems its best to use Mas/visa or Paypal in case of this exact problem.
After i had paid i was told they didn't have the goods and used my money to get good deals from suppliers offering low prices which it isn't, its the average price. Still no delivery after weeks.
This Is A Scam Abusing Peoples Trust And Basically Theft They Are Fully Aware This Is Not Legal And Are Using Customers As Interest Free Loans For Their Business.

Avoid this company...! Ordered quite an expensive item, and nothing to show for it, though they have my money!

Having read a number of customer reviews, from different websites! There definitely appears to be a pattern. Should of checked them out first!... lesson learnt...!

Not able to contact customer service direct! After hunting for their phone number...(alarm bells)... mostly, if not all, automated messages!...

Very quick to take your money, impossibly slow to refund it after the items are not instock! They should not continue with the sale knowing the items are not available. You pay your money, then there is absolutely no way to speak to anyone, no phone numbers are available AT ALL! You have to 'speak' through their email system, which is terrible. I bought earrings and a watch and two months later, still waiting for my refund.

Amazingly awful. Sadly I didn't read the online reviews of this company before I ordered. Item ordered early February, money left my account straight away. Rang about a week later as item hadn't arrived. Promised delivery the following week. Nothing. E-mailed them - item had to be ordered from manufacturer. Seven weeks later money refunded after threats of legal action. Why not just say it was out of stock? Worst company I've ever had to deal with.

Ordered 65 inch tv June 6th 2015 still not here 3rd august 2015 that's 2 months of fob of emails.

Cancelled order eventually getting them to confirm it's cancelled.

Didn't get apology or reason it never came.

Awful service I wish I hadn't got suckered in to alleged cheap prices and gone with a known retailer in UK.

Buyers beware! Nigel o hara are very poor at everything.

I was forced to lodge an official complaint after receiving the email from Nigel O'Hara which stated that they could no longer fulfil their part of the bargain, after holding onto my money for 5 weeks, even though the TV I have ordered, LG 47LB650V, is still available to order on nigelohara.com, albeit for a higher price.

They only refunded my money after I threatened to seek legal council. So all in all, they had almost 2 months to play around with my money... and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Shouldn't be legal.

Like others, I ordered a laptop with an estimated 2 week delivery time. After 5 weeks, numerous emails and telephone conversations with them I still had no idea when the laptop would arrive. I then waited a week from requesting a refund before getting PayPal involved. The refund was then sent a few moments later.
Stay well away from Nigel O'hara and don't be drawn in with their low prices!

Ordered a watch that said in stock for my Dad's 70th birthday - well beyond estimated delivery date. 2 MONTHS later and lots of email conversations later (all prompted from my end) I still had no watch & eventually gave up & requested a refund. Customer service not great when they did respond, communication regarding order status dreadful, apologies & desire to help lacking. I ordered same watch from First Class Watches online and it was delivered next day - cheaper, putting Nigel O'Hara to shame. Use them at your peril!

Placed order on the 26th September for delivery by the 16th October. Still no delivery 6 weeks later and no due date known even though they are still taking orders for the same product only £50 more expensive.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing the order as this seems to be a frequent occurrence with this company. I wish they would just refund me if they did not want to sell at the original price rather than keep me hanging on for 6 weeks after payment.

Stop me if you've heard this one. I made a bulk order for earphones at an excellent price (20 pairs at £0.98 each) as my children seem to be going through a pair each week. I received 1 pair along with a note which read '19 to follow'. 6 weeks later and they are always just about to get some more in. I have already asked them to refund my money, which they claim they are going to, but nothing yet. I think the only way to go with this one is Trading Standards. I would urge anybody else experiencing these problems to do the same.

I received an email and text confirming my order but then tried to respond and all the addresses, numbers were defunct! Also the website! Luckily I didn't spend much but I don't like the idea that they have my information.

UPDATE: I did after many communications back and forth receive a full refund to my credit card. So if you are awaiting one too, don't give up!

Ordered and paid for tv on the 1st September - following many requests they now inform me the tv not available and has been discontinued yet they were still offering it on their site long after I had placed and paid for mine - - I have requested a refund and have contacted the necessary legal people - if money not refunded within the 14-day period I am prepared to take it further legally- worst retail experience ever

They took my money 3 weeks ago and I can't even get them to send me an order confirmation email. I'd think the order never went through except the money promptly left my bank.
Not 1 reply to numerous emails over a 3 week period... not 1!
Am waiting for 30 days to pass before I can take action with bank etc.
They don't deserve the 1 star I have given them...
NOT ONE EMAIL OR REPLY!

I ordered some electronics 2 months ago ignoring all the bad reviews (12% one star ratings - over one in ten were deeply unhappy) - i waited one month for my order, they still couldnt give me a delivery date. I requested a refund. After 5 messages and 3 emails, one week later they were 'processing' it - i recived an email confirming a refund. Ive still not recieved any money. So to conclude - i have no money, no order. They seem to have a well thought out complaints and refund dept - what does thay tell you! Awful service! DO NOT USE!

All the One Star reviews are 100% accurate if they are similar to my experience. For the lucky ones who rate this store 5 stars; you are very very lucky in deed. If you have placed an order, I'd cancel and request a refund immediately, noting that it will take them many weeks to refund your money (likely slightly less than receiving your order).

DISGRACEFUL

Ordered a watch for ~£160 because it was about £5 cheaper than other sites (what a mistake to make). Took a month to be delivered, had to chase and got several holding replies about supplier etc. Then I looked at online reviews... this is a common problem! Watch arrived after about a month! Fault on day/date mechanism and so it was returned explaining this and well within their quoted 30 day online returns policy! Watch was simply sent back to me with presentation box ripped and tags removed! Red rag to a bull, so I once again returned it stating this. Again it was sent back, this time with a handwritten reference no sticker on the box and another tag missing. Court action was threatened and a deadline given, which inevitably passed! Used the Courts Service of Northern Ireland online Small Claims service which is relatively simple to use! All their deadlines passed without reply and so court ruled in my favour. After 3 weeks I sent watch back with copy of CCJ enclosed and received Paypal payment quite quickly with a comment from Nigel O'Hara Diamond Jewellers that if they didn't receive emailed acknowledgment of the payment within 24 hrs, the payment would be withdrawn! What a way to deal with a claim against you?
My advice should you have any problems is simply to get your Credit Card company involved to sort out the return of the payment or if you want to help others out, apply for a small claim against Nigel O'Hara Diamond Jewellers to try and get them to deliver some customer service and be honest... they will capitulate eventually!

Sometimes this company deliver the goods but chances are they will not.
If you pay with a debit card you have 120 days to make a claim through your bank under the visa chargeback scheme. If the goods are not coming within the estimated window do not enter into correspondance with this company, it is just a delaying tactic, they have your money and the goods are not comming. What about the refund, well don't hold your breath! That may never come either.

Tip for consumers:
Do not be seduced by the low prices, there is no service.

I really wish I'd had a quick look around to see the many negative reviews that Nigel O'Hara has had; my experience has been the same. I placed my order on the 24th March and it never arrived. Even more annoying was that this was the main birthday present for my son, so had his birthday with nothing to open. Then getting my money back took a ridiculously long time (18 days). In all, they had my money for just under two months. I was fed a pile of contradictory tales (for example 'your order is being fulfilled directly from the supplier' in one reply and then in another message this became 'we are expecting stock in soon').
If you're tempted by the low prices, be prepared to be disappointed. I'll never be using them again.

Avoid this company at ALL costs – Poor communication (Email only - no phone number), very poor service and totally fobbed off when trying to get a refund from an order that was never dispatched!

> Placed order for a TV - 2 weeks later still no delivery or communication.
> Emailed them to follow up - advised the order was coming direct from manufacture.
> Waited a further 3 days - still with no communication.
> Contacted them again (All by email) advising i wanted to cancel the none dispatched order. Was told it would take up to 14 days to process.
> 14 days came and still no refund - contacted them again. Received another vague promise the refund would be processed soon.
> Then received another automated email like the first one sent out on request of a refund advising it will be processed in due course!

I'm now instructing my credit card company of the none received item and lack of refund after losing all faith in them processing one.

I foolishly ordered a watch from this outfit before checking them out online first. The ordering process failed at the credit card validation stage, leaving me hanging on a frozen screen and wondering... "have I just made a payment or not?"

A phone call to nigeloharah, and I was assured that no money had been taken. A few days later I looked at my Credit Card statement and saw that they had in fact taken the money!

Now I rang them again to discuss this but was told to contact them only by email.

To cut a long story short, they had no record of taking the cash (or so they said), they had not and would not dispatch the watch, and would not refund any money to my card.

I rand my Credit Card company to instigate chargeback proceedings against nigeloharah.com. And finally, almost a month after they took my money, the chargeback was completed and I had it back in my account.

This company should not be trading. Deal with them at your peril!

It was a good 4th of July, I started this Burgerday with some nice games and handmade burgers. I finally got another power adapter to work with my Windows Lenovo Tablet and I was saying goodbye to long charges. Considering a switch, I looked for the tablet I was previously looking for: The beautiful Lenovo Tab2 A10-70.

Finally released, I did a bit of searching and found it strangely listed on a jewelers. Seeing the mixed reviews, I gave them a chance because there's not a lot of options for this item in Europe (only being sold and supplied in Germany).

I placed my order well aware of the lead time until the 25th July 2015. Before this date, I had a ticket that Nigel O'Hara decided to raise themselves just two weeks after the order date.
The ticket told me:
"Thank you for your recent order with nigelohara.com. As your item was ordered specifically for you on the 'available to order' status, we are currently awaiting delivery and are working hard to have this with you quickly. We have arranged to upgrade your order priority to ensure same day dispatch when your item arrives. You will receive an email and a text message on dispatch of your item. Please do not hesitate to contact me through our ticket support system if you have any further queries or require a refund."

I knew that the item would be ordered in, so found it a bit bizarre. I thought nothing of it and waited until the estimated lead time provided by the company itself.
I next approached the company on the 29th July 2015, a few days after the lead time and a sensible one because the 25th is a Saturday! Very few companies can despatch an item on a Saturday or even receive deliveries from suppliers on those days. I asked for them to provide me with an updated lead time on the item or if their purchase order was overdue (having done this job previously myself when I was younger, I can certainly understand suppliers not sending items on time).

I got my response today:
"Thank you for your email. Thank you for choosing www.nigelohara.com Unfortunately, we must regretfully inform you that despite our best efforts, we will not be able fulfill your order due to supply difficulties that we have encountered. Understandably, this is the most unfortunate of circumstances and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this is likely to have caused. Alongside our apologies, we can of course arrange a full refund as a matter of urgency or alternatively, an exchange to a similar product at a reduced cost (where possible). Please inform us how you wish to proceed as we would like to get this matter resolved for you as soon as possible. Your understanding is very much appreciated. "

You do not have my understanding. The reason you do not have my understanding for the following reasons:
- The item is still available for purchase on your website
- You expect me to just want another item, as if I had no idea of what I wanted in the first place
- You took my money and were happy to keep it in your account while this item was unattainable
- There was no effort on your part to inform me on the due date, or to chase the purchase order before I prompted

I am not sorry for not accepting your non-apology. I would recommend others to avoid this terrible e-retailers in future.

Placed an order on the 29th January. They failed to tell me that one item wasn't actually in stock. I went away, after 10days was surprised to see the items hadn't arrived still, called them and enquired. Told my second item was being held back until the other became available. There couldn't tell me when this would be, I had to email. So began a painfully slow and unhelpful process of emailing and chasing the order, and hearing back a few sentences of "thank you of your patience..." on average 2-3 days later. They wouldn't dispatch the item in stock nearly a month later, because they refused to pay for the postage of two items. They then finally told me that the second item was to be no longer supplied by the manufacturer, so they would go ahead and ship my first item. This was one month later from initially ordering. It then took another week for them to notify me that unfortunately the one item they were able to send to me - had in fact been sent to the wrong address! At this point, I admitted defeat to their complete incompetence, and asked for a full refund. (I did ask that as compensation they still send me said item if and when they actually got their s*** together, however this request was instead replaced with a £5 gift card offer. Which I had previously been given upon check out anyhow. Because I'm really going to be rushing back to using their service again.)
And now I've entered the process of refund, which when I've asked if somebody can tell me exactly when my money will be returned, I am met with short and utterly vague response of "they'll email you when it's processed". I feel like I should being getting some form of interest for my money that has been sat in their pockets all this time!
Such a painful, incredible waste of time, embarrassing lack of customer service and poor communication. Not only have I had to constantly chase this, but they had no problem taking my money from me having false advertised products that weren't in stock. I could have bought these 10 times over, at an equal discount elsewhere. I would strongly advise searching around the web for other deals before using this company - approach at your own peril!

I ordered a capture card for my sons birthday. A week after placing the order, i contacted Nigel O'Hara to see why it hadn't arrived (when they said it had been despatched), to be told that the price had changed and if I wanted it I would have to pay a further £10. I requested a refund as I could buy it quicker and cheaper through amazon prime in time for the birthday but despite a flurry of e-mailed requests for updates and several phone calls and empty promises from their staff. It took over 4 weeks before the refund was issued. No apologies and no compensation for all the hassle. Shameful company. DO NOT DEAL WITH!
