If you are Italian or just want to taste the real Italian flavors, this is the right place to satisfy all your tastes. Excellent web page, easy to visit and full of articles with excellent explanation of the product and beautiful photos, easy to request orders, secure payment and is made the day before delivery, there is the possibility to change and add something up to 24h before delivery, excellent communication via email and also by telephone, the order is shipped with the utmost accuracy and perfect packaging. The company that brings it keeps you informed every 10 min with the location of the driver. Once the order arrives it seems to have returned home. To conclude, I recommend it at 1000 x 1000.

I'd love to shop with them especially for the cheese but I won't spend a leg and an arm just for that. Other sites have literally stuff half the price! It's extortion. Put the prices down a bit, you do realise that there are competitors that sell much cheaper?

I ordered about £50 worth of food, and while most of it was fine (although it arrived suspiciously at room temperature despite extensive insulation and ice packs), the buffalo mozzarella was bad. Really bad. Sour rubber-ball bad.

No big deal, right? Sent them an email, reported it as such, even added a short phone video of the rubber milk ball literally bouncing off the counter. The first response told me how mozzarella should be served (at room temperature, obviously) and ignored everything I'd said about taste or consistency.

The second response to my slightly upset mail explaining that yes, I know how mozzarella needs to be served and I'd appreciate them addressing the fact that it looked and tasted like sour rubber, was an apology and an offer of refund, paired with this lovely quote:

"Our Mozzarella need to be served at room temperature and we taste it before to sell. It's strange you were the only one complaining about that this week but it can happen when it's not delivered with our van. "

So once again, they're explaining to me how mozzarella needs to be served as well as casting some suspicion that I don't have anything better to do than scam some free soft cheese out of a 50 quid order of much more expensive products, and some vague excuse about some unorthodox transportation and delivery method I had no choice or influence over. No mention of the bad taste, rubber like consistency, or the video I'd sent.

I told them to keep their refund so long as they stopped telling me how Mozzarella should be served. Won't be using them again, which is a shame because their Burrata was very good (hence the 2 stars) and now I need to find another supplier.

Very bad customer service. To get refunded of a missing item I had to call them. They don`t answer emails! I wouldn`t recommend them.

I used to shop with these before i found www.theitaliandeli.co.uk and the issues i have which is why i found another supplier are; many items are always sold out, limited range and lots of price increases. I would not recommend them but a few years ago i would of.
