It was very fast and easy will recommend this to all my friends and all my family as well as coworkers.
Tried to buy 3 items and no discount at checkout. Called customer service and told there are exclusions. In reality, there are about 10 items on their site out of 1,200 for which the discount applies. Was then told I will be reimbursed the discount if I call tomorrow but when pressed on the issue, they folded and said actually that's not going to happen. Total bait and switch nonsense.
I ordered a custom design hoodie for myself for last Christmas. It was great being able to choose what logo went where and see it on the page.
It said it would take a few weeks to ship, but in the end it was only about 1 week. Though when i recieved it I realised it wasnt exactly the font I had chosen. I think because it was so close to Christmas that they shipped the very similiar one, which in the end was fine. The material was nice and it's now my favourite hoody.
