Noelle's LinkedIn Profile Makeover is awesome. She brought my LinkedIn profile from 0 to hero in no time at all. I found LinkedIn overwhelming and confusing to set up and navigate. Noelle taught me the basic ins and outs, tips, and tricks. A recruiter called me 2 days after Noelle helped me redo my profile. Recent graduates and/or adults who have been out of the work game for a while NEED to invest in this. I will be returning to NG Career Strategy for sure!
I became unemployed in November. I spent some time searching for a good resume writing service. It came down to NG strategy and IT resume writing service. My gut told me to go with IT resume writing service. I went with NG Strategy instead. When I signed up, I was not contacted for at least 2 weeks. When I was finally contacted, the writer seemed genuine. Everything seemed great, until the resume writing began. Once it started, there was no communication, only when the resume was delivered was communication established. You only get 2 times to provided feedback. So, by the 2nd time, I was very unhappy. My resume was a bunch of tech words scrambled together that sounded like random babble and didn't make sense. I complained to the writer and was told "This is how people want resumes in the industry". It made me look like a fool and nobody in tech with half a brain would even consider me as a candidate if they got a hold of this resume. It would *hurt* my career, not land me interviews! Since this was on the 2nd copy, I was pretty much SOL and would have to just hope after that that it was better. I didn't bother to go any further at this point and canceled. Now, I'm trying to get my money back on a $1000 dollar resume that was a piece of garbage and they are fighting me on it. Horrible people and horrible customer service. I do not recommend. I went ahead and went with IT resume writing service and they knocked it out of the park and delivered. Not only that, the communication was awesome and the turnaround was awesome. I have since landed many interviews and it was money well spent.

In 2010, she graduated from business school. Like most optimistic professionals looking to make a change in their careers, she had left her job to go back to school. It was the period immediately following graduation from B-school that she found herself in a very unpleasant place: unemployed.
What should have been a joyous time of celebration and accomplishment in her life turned out to be a very dark period known as the job search. She became quite discouraged upon entering the job search and experienced all of the common job search challenges: she received few responses to her applications and/or rejection responses. She was never quite sure why she was being rejected but above all, she felt completely frustrated. On top of it her confidence began to take a hit...
She wondered: Why was the job search so painful?
Finally, six months later, she landed an opportunity working as an Executive Recruiter. As a recruiter, she lived in Linkedin, connected with the best talent in the market and reviewed thousands of profiles and resumes. It was through this role that she learned about the world of finding and hiring top talent. She also learned about how little job seekers seemed to know about landing a job. It was troubling for her because the job seeker mistakes seemed so obvious from the recruiter perspective. Yet they were the same mistakes she had made in her initial job search.
She started helping friends with their resumes and search strategies and as a result: The interviews, profile views and interest started rolling in. She realized how effortless landing a job could be when approached in the right way.
When it came time to land her next job, she was able to use her headhunter experience and resume expertise to land the first job for which she applied, greatly reducing the amount of time spent in the job search. She worked in the career management industry for several years helping senior executive job seekers navigate the world of executive recruiting and was amazed to find that even this very experienced senior audience was pretty confused when it came to the job search.

John, I’m sorry that you are unsatisfied. Let me address some of your issues:
Our records indicate that you signed up on January 14 and your writer contacted and sent you a welcome message the next day, January 15. Our records also indicate that you had regular, interactive email conversations with your writer from January 15-January 17, during which time you were sending your writer job postings that you were interested in and discussing with your writer, the difference between a focused and general resume. So, there was not a 2-week lapse in communication according to our email records.
Regarding the number of drafts, 3 drafts is a popular methodology with resume writing companies and was indicated in the contract (that you agreed to with “I agree”) and the introductory email.
Unfortunately, your writer didn’t know you were unhappy until you were sent the second draft. In the intake form, in the first draft, and during the first draft/strategy call, you indicated that you had no idea how to write a resume, and that you were content to leave the resume writing in our professional, experienced, capable hands. The formula and content we used for your resume was consistent with many other technical resumes that your writer has written for people who have landed successful interviews and enjoyable jobs.
