They said because of so many orders that it take would take longer than the normal. I was also starting to distrust this company I thought I had got scam as well after reading some of the other reviews. But I guess I am one of the fortunate ones I did receive my jerseys but I do have one problem that I'm not completely satisfied with and that was they sent me the wrong Jersey I order to they sent two but they did not send me the right one other than that I will give them a rating of 4. If they had got it to me sooner and the color would have been correct and I would have gave them 5 stars because actually the quality of the merchandise is very good for the price I don't feel bad

Was told(in the ONE email they responded to, to be "patient" and as soon as they get it they will forward to me. Still NOTHING) I also left comments on their facebook page asking the same question. They have now BLOCKED me. HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE company.

I purchased a Nike Elite Bronco jersey. I received some knock off brand with an NFL logo tag attached. Nothing like the picture of what I ordered. I contacted customer service via the email. They told to me to take a picture. They responded with that the warehouse made a mistake in filling the order. They offered me an 8% discount on a future order if I used western union to pay for it. Sounds pretty fishy. I guess the old adage stands " if it sounds to good to be true...
Ordered 4 jerseys last month and still have not heard anything about them. Have tried emailing a few times and no response. Do not buy from these low life people.
I ordered my Jersey on the 21st of December and still have not received it. Plus it said it was $19.99 and they charged my card $35.00. I got a email on January 3rd saying my order was shipped. I emailed them about 5 times and never got a response back so I tracked the package and it said that it was returned to the company after it didn't go through United States Customs. They never refunded my money. I am working with my credit card company now to get my money back which I doubt I will be able too but I am going to try..
Wish I would have researched first. Sent wrong items, then offered discount to get right items if I used Western Union. Choose not to do that and ordered again with promise they would send right items, that was a LIE, sent wrong items again and are trying to get me to order again. Stay away unless you want to receive whatever they decide to send.
I placed an order on 1/4/16 for four jerseys that were described and pictured on the website as Nike Elite. I opened three "service requests" via their online portal when my order status hadn't changed. All went un-responded.
I opened a dispute with my credit card issuer on 2/12/16 (the company had already charged my card; not a pending charge; and I still had no shipping confirmation at the time). Finally received my package on 2/14/16 in an envelope originating from Shanghai.
Immediately upon inspecting the jerseys, I could tell they were counterfeit/fake. The credit card issuer requested I get a second opinion letter from a brick and mortar retailer. I took the jerseys to a gentleman who specializes in licensed sports apparel, and he pointed out several identifiers and confirmed them all to be counterfeits.
If and when others receive their merchandise, I would highly recommend inspecting them. It was also conveyed to me not to open the plastic packaging and not to store it near humans and animals as many counterfeit items contain unsafe levels of lead. The jerseys I received are also of terrible quality - colors are incorrect, numbers and letters are sewn on crooked, threads are loose and falling off all over the place.
As others have stated, they are unresponsive and do not have a phone number or valid email address to be reached.

Also, on the FAQ section of the webpage, I noticed this verbiage - "3. How do you send my purchased items?
When We received your payment, we will deal with your order with 24 hours.If anything goes well, we will ship it out with 2 days."
Clearly that has NOT been the case. Stay clear of this "retailer."
I ordered 4 jersey from them, and only received 1 jersey. I have emailed back and forth with there costumer service department and they just keep repeating themselves saying sorry but there is nothing they can do. Terrible quality from the one jersey we did receive and the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Do not buy from them.
I ordered two NFL jerseys. After weeks and weeks of not receiving my product and multiple e-mails with absolutely no response am convinced this is a terrible no good stinking company. They do not have a phone # and quite obvious why.
I made a purchase on 12/7/15. My account was drafted for the amount of the purchase, but as of today 1/4/16, I have still not received my order. I have emailed the company 3 times and have gotten no response so far.
Are you ever going to ship my order, or answer my questions?
Sheesh I wish I would've saw this first! I wonder why some got their order but most not! I saw on their FB post that most people had gotten their order! I questioned them and I too was blocked, and now I cant even see all the comments or post to their wall to warn others!
THESE GUYS ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK AND HAVE SEVERAL FACEBOOK PAGES. THEY GOT ME TOO I RECOMEND CONTACTIN THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND FACEBOOK. PROBABLY WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK BUT MAY HELP SHUT THEM DOWN.
I have not received my jersey, three weeks after I ordered it, and I sent 2 emails requesting information regarding my order. Definitely feeling that I was SCAMMED.
I have been waiting for 2 weeks and not even a conformation number i wish i would of seen this then not now bet ill be calling my bank to cancel if i dont get it soon. Ughhh TOLD ME TO WAIT ITS THE HOLIDAYS AND SHIPPING PLACES ARE BUSY. SINCE 12-21-15
Do NOT buy on this site. They will take your money and not ship. They took mine. They changed the site name at least 3 times to keep it up. The Panthers are aware and trying to shut them done but they are in China and hard to control.
