Do Not Buy Anything From NFL.com.
I ordered a Seahawks Super Bowl Jacket first week of February on the order after I purched it said that the jacket won't be delivered until April 11th 2014. So to be on the safe side I decided to email NFL.com just to make sure the jacketbwas going to get to my house and left other PO Box that I have along with my address. I didnt get any response from them regarding the email, except the automated email saying that they received the email. April came so I decided to email them again to make sure again that they have the right address... few days later I get a notice that the jacket was shipped. I track the package, my husband is excited, been waiting for this jacket now for almost 3 months. It's getting closer, then it gets shipped 100 miles away from us. so I call Fed ex they tell me that thats the address that NFL.com gave them, I emailed them told them the situation I explained to you. The Rep from nfl.com emailed back with the response I am sorry for the inconvenience, and gave me a link to a help line. I called and asked him what has happened to my order that I purchased, he apologized for the inconvenience as im listening to him im tracking the package and saw that Fed ex was delivering it back towards us and the next thing I see is its going back to the warehouse where they shipped it from. I askedbthe rep if he could ship it back to me since I purchased the jacket 3months in advance the rep tells me no he cant do that because there arent any left...! The rep asks me can he put my money on their credit for a purchase of something else! Are they kidding me! On top of that they say my money wont be available for me for 10days! So 10days gone by I saw the credit on my on my bank account... They didnt give me my shipping cost! I DIDNT RECEIVE ANYTHING! Why am I being charged for shipping when I didnt receive anything! Don't Buy Anything from this company! Oh ya! This is May 1,2014
