My tutor, Phil Hawkins, was a gift. It's so easy to want to shove your head in the sand during this intense studying process but he gave me hope and encouragement to keep going each week. Not only a great tutor who TRULY knows how to break things down to their most basic elements, he also has a very optimistic/upbeat attitude which I really appreciated. I have always struggled in math/physics/chemistry and absolutely hate it but Phil's infectious love for these subjects was really helpful. It was also nice that he seems to genuinely care about his student's success. I took NS practice exams 1-6 as well as the AAMC sample test. NS tests are harder and more frustrating but you will thank yourself for practicing with these in the end. I also recommend the content review videos on their website. Their books are better than Kaplans which are filled with loads of unnecessary info that I would get bogged down with.
