Notice all the reviews for NextSHe do not involve needing to return a tons of crappy clothes. Most these people by one dress, whine a bit about the wrong size - but keep it. TRY RETURNING IT.! So I dumped $170.00 on clothes at NextShe. I got 11 items and they are all terrible quality. I spent 23.80 to send them back to CHINA! $194.28 in all.The ones I kept-- need altering. One of them has boob padding that I do believe is cardboard. I tried to return 5 of them as they looked like something a 7 year old tried to sew... and that's probably the case... considering child slave labor in China. I have never bought anything direct from China and decided to trust the experience. Bad Idea! The cost of the return was 10 times more than what the clothes were worth! NEVER AGAIN! ALL of the clothes smelled like a toxic chemical and had to be washed several times. The 5 I returned were made with polyester that looked like plastic. One dress looked like it was made for a girl with a neck as long as a giraffe and had an open neck so low your boobs weren't even covered AT ALL, there were weird flaps that came off the side for no rhyme or reason and the zipper in the back was a different color and all crumpled- not flat. Another dress fit like it was made for a non human alien. Straps everywhere, falling off. Another dress that in the photo looked like it fit the body snug and looked like it was made from quality fabric, came to me and it was like a tent both in the material and the way it fit. So I returned them in 7 days because on the website it said 30 days and later on their receipt it said 7 days. I spent $24.00 in shipping. I wait. I wait. Nothing. Then starts the emails. 20 emails back and forth where they are making up excuses, hoping I'll forget about my money, wasting time, asking me send them PHOTOS of my post office receipt to prove that I sent them. Etc... It's been 3 months and finally after jumping through all their hoops, SENDING THE PHOTO OF THE RECEIPT that I sent returns back to CHINA they casually say that they are not going to give me the money til they recieve the product. Now I'm pissed as HELL. Aside from being completely screwed by a company on the other side of the ocean, and I seemingly can do nothing about it-- I wasn't even sure the returns were WORTH the amount of money I spent on postage. But I decided to trust these Chinese merchants and that was a VERY VERY bad idea. There are some bad reviews of these guys on CONSUMER COMPLAINT WEBSITES. Because they will not help anyone with returns and pretend that it never got to their "warehouse". Mail in China is not MY responsibility. I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission. They owe me $85.00. They are EVIL crooks.
