next day mobile limited are reliable company, we buy some mobile phones from the company, and all went well
NOTE: http://www.nextdaymobilesltd.com/ is nothing to do with the real Next Day Mobiles Ltd of Neath, trading out of Aberdare, South Wales. http://www.nextdaymobilesltd.com/ is COPYING the real Next Day Mobiles and pretending to be them. The real Next Day Mobiles website is http://nextdaymobiles.com/
Here is our story. We went on Alibaba looking for 5 x Sapphire Radeon RX Vega64 8G HMB2 Graphics Card. A supplier Next Day Mobile purporting to be part of Global Sources responded (using Global Services logo). We were quoted by a man claiming to be Mr. Elis Gittens £1500 to be paid by bank transfer to Account Name: Next Day Mobile Sort code:23-00-82 Account No:00083946. As Next Day Mobiles has an address in Neath, Wales (we are about 30 minutes drive from Neath), we suggested we pop along and collect the graphics cards from their shop. The man calling himself Elis Gittens said he could not do that as they had to be delivered from their company in Germany. So we paid by bank transfer (they would not accept card or paypal etc) and we were given a Fedex tracking number the next day and what proved to be a false phone number. On querying the false phone number (it was 'unassigned' so not a real number) we got hold of Fedex to be told the shipment had NOT been 'collected' from the supplier. So we called Next Day Mobile and the 'colleague' in Germany said the product could not be shipped, because their minimum order number was 10 not 5. We asked why they had invoiced us for and agreed to supply 5 units and they said they needed payment for another 5 to get up to the minimum order number. We queried why we had been invoiced for 5 and told 5 had been dispatched. We suggested they deliver the other 5 to make the order up to 10, and we would pay them the balance on receipt. We got back a load of nonsense about being 'in a meeting', 'needing to speak to a colleague'. We asked for our money back. They promised to refund us, not to worry, etc etc. If wanted the delivery to go ahead we had to pay for another five. This was obviously complete nonsense so we refused. We have heard nothing more since we demanded our money back. I think we can kiss goodbye to our money! We have reported this company and Global Sources (whose logo their supplier Next Day Mobile used on their letter heading) to the UK police fraud department on line, but it is improbable our bank can recover the money, which they can only attempt to do after 14 days non-delivery of goods. We have told the bank of the fraud and given them the crime reference number. Lots of silly excuses on their side, not even correct English, obvious scam, stay well away. Further research identified Nextdaymobiles ltd is passing off the real Next Day Mobiles Ltd with a false website, and using the name of its Director, Elis Gittens! The real Next Day Mobiles Ltd is registered at Companies House at an address in Neath, Wales and trades from Aberdare, Wales. I do not know how the false company is still trading as the genuine Next Day Mobiles Ltd has reported them to Trading Standards and to the hosting company GoDaddy who will not take the site down without a court order. We doubt police will do anything but we now know this is a criminal organisation and a scam outfit. Alibaba obviously do not check people on their site at all and nor do Global Sources. Sadly we had even pre-sold 2 of the items purchased, via Ebay, so now have to refund our customers as we cannot find another 'genuine supplier' they all seem to want cash or bank transfer!
