This company is terrible. Can never get help right away. We've been trying to add service for months and still can't get it installed. Avoid this company. I was a customer for a number of years and then Nexogy bought them. Nexogy took a decent Company and made them awful. Many examples. You can search my name on google and find me. Happy to explain. Daniel Nehorai

ONE OF THE WORST VOIP PHONE SERVICES OUT THERE, AVOID!
At first (like 10 years ago) they were good, responsive, and fair. But their service has steadily declined over the years, and it has gotten to a place that is abysmal, to put it mildly.
Customer service is non-existent and when they do pick up the phone it's all attitude and no willingness to help at all. It's like they are doing you a favor.
Got charged $4/minute for some international calls!

This was the worst experience by far... rude customer service you get charge spikes out of nowhere and the new company machines that they bright are so bad the phone calls don't go through... I believe they are probably not doing very well... avoid
Went with Nexogy phones for new office. They assigned us a number which we published (signage, web site, business cards, mailers to hundreds of customers, etc) only to learn it was a long-distance number to our local clients. Nexogy refused responsibility. Cost us over $2000 to find new company, get new number, and correct everything. Told them to cancel our service. They continued to send us bills. Tried many times to reach them for help and resolution. Left voice mails and emails telling them we want our service cancelled and we will not pay any bills. We asked for reimbursement for our costs. We were promised calls back that didn't happen. Finally reached George Melendez, "Director of Customer Satisfaction" who sounds like way too nice of guy to work for a company like this. Told him we don't want to submit online reviews, contact BBB, or any of that. We simply need reimbursed for our costs due to their mistake and we will return phones and move on. He actually admitted that this was their mistake and stated he wanted to help but claimed his hands were tied. I told him he sounds like a good guy who needs to find a different place to work. He referred me to a Juan Canto, supposedly the CFO. Called and got a voice mail for "Spectrum Brands," but no Juan Canto. Shortly after that, we were sent to collections for not paying bills. If you value your business and your sanity, don't go with this company. The sales guy that sold us the phone service even severed his ties with Nexogy over this deal.
Again our phones went down on 9/25/2018 twice about a half hour each time and serious sound degradation through the day with occasional call drops, unable to reach support and 4 hours later someone calling to see if they can help us, A total disconnect for customers concerns.
Stay Away! Stay Away! Stay Away!:
Nexogy has ridiculously poor customer service. They have been duplicating charges on our account for almost 12 months and they have not given us a credit. I've been contacting them for 45 days via email and phone asking for our credit with no progress whatsoever. However, they are competent enough to charge cancellation fees.
Today, our phones and internet service were "down". After spending most of the day trying to determine the issue, we were told that our services were shut off due to "non-payment". Since we are setup for automatic payment, I immediately called out credit card company to see what the issue was... and there was no issue. My credit card company sat on hold with NEXOGY for 25+ minutes to speak with them. I hung up and got in line as well, and after an incredibly long time, I spoke with Brandon who reiterated that we had not paid our bill, and our credit card had been declined. I asked for the message they received when declined so I could go back to my credit card company. After being placed on hold again, I was told that NEXOGY had an "Error in Authentication" on NEXOGY's system, and that there was no problem on our end. They simply said they were sorry, and we had to re-enter our credit card into their system because all cards that were in their system over one year had the same problem. Nobody at NEXOGY really cared that our systems were down literally all day, but they had no problems just shutting us off without warning, and pointing their fingers at us repeatedly until they discovered the problem was on their end. We are forced to go back to Comcast/X-Finity (Never thought I would say that) as soon as we possibly can. If you are thinking about switching to NEXOGY, think twice. I would like to think that not all NEXOGY experience the problems we have (and there have been several other issues), but I can only share our experience.
THEY ARE HORRIBLE. No one speaks English and if they speak Spanish they can't even hold a conversation with you because none of the employees knows anything. They are always trying to confirm something and just provide terrible customer service. The phone adapter broke and I have been unable to get a new one. I don't understand how they are still in business.
They are liars! Their system is crap and it does not work at all. Plus they will lock you on a contract for 3 years and the worst is that their customer service is not even in the United States. So the Accent is really bad I couldn't understand and they did not understand me either. Avoid a lot of trouble and don't get this company. I went through this and I don't want anybody else to have my same experience. Good luck finding what you're looking for.
Nexogy is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. If anyone is looking for a new phone provider - RUN AWAY from nexogy. I don't know how those other reviews can even say 1 thing good about this company. They don't speak english, everyday I have a new problem and I am not kidding when I say EVERYDAY!
Everyday there are dropped calls, calls not being completed, phone numbers not working, can't transfer calls, auto attendants don't work or their entire system goes down. I have emails to prove the problems I have had and we have been with this company for about a year and I have over 1000 emails sent to Nexogy informing them of problems we are having.
For almost a year now their billing system has gotten awful and worse. It is either wrong every single month or I never get a bill at all. Also, when I call customer service for any reason, 1) I can't understand them due to call center in South America and the language barrier (they promised was going to be better), 2) I am on a call trying to fix an issue for 30 minutes or more and one time over an hour, 3) They don't understand me or what I want and they think it's fixed and whatever issues I had worsens and something else goes wrong. Sometimes I come in to the office and things were working fine one month, and then the other month, inexplicably, nothing works they way it should have from initial setup. The setup is horrendous and all-in-all just terrible customer service across the board. Don't even come close if your life depended on it.

They aren't very truthful, I have had there service almost 6 months. (the worst 6 months of phone service in the 30 years I have been in business. I started documenting phone issues in Aug, we have had phone problems 17 times. We can't evan foward our phones without calling and waisting 20 min or more on the phone with them. When we ask to unfoward they always screw something up, then the phone don't work, back to tech support. 12/05/12
