We visited New York Dress over the weekend looking for a sweet sixteen dress for my daughter. We were greeted by our own personal stylist James. James was fantastic! He listened to my daughter wants / needs and he came up with a beautiful selection of dresses for my daughter to try on.
He was very professional, advised me in diverse ways, but respected my opinions at the same time. He gave us the time we needed to browse all the stunning gowns. We narrowed down the choices and ordered the perfect dress for my daughter. Thank you James for going the extra mile. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! James is an amazing and a wonderful person. Looking forward to seeing him again.

I got the Cinderella divine CD406 and it was the best decision ever. If you're thinking about buying please do! I was skeptical about it at first but I got a size 6 and it fit perfect, a little bug on the chest part but I'm small in that area. Here are some pictures!

I was trying to find a particular dress to wear at my step-daughter's wedding...and even called the designer Mon Cheri trying to find the dress... I was told it would be available in August! I needed it in less than a week. So I looked online to see who sold Mon Cheri. Designer said I was looking for a needle in a haystack.
I contacted Danny at New York Dress and he was AMAZING! He went out of his way to help me and called around and found my dress! The EXACT dress that I wanted. And I got it in TWO days! It was a size too large but I've had it altered and it is just perfect. I cannot thank Danny enough! 5 stars all the way! Or in this case 10 stars! Just a wonderful experience during a stressful time.

We had Cherrelle as our salesperson and she was THE BEST. She absolutely knew what she was doing and was so sweet, she pulled dresses that she thought would look good on me and they all did! I went to their website and I saw this beautiful couture dress and I ordered it and it came after 3 days to my house. The quality was good and I am very impressed with the cut as well.

I just bought a Sherri Hill dress #******* in Dark Nude and it is amazing! Perfect color, perfect fit! Everything went so smooth with my order, i got it fast and the dress was in perfect condition. Staff is polite, patient and understanding. Nothing to complain about.

I have ordered twice from this company. Both times the gowns were perfectly described in their description. I read their refund policy which was standard and made sure that my gown was returnable, just in case something was not perfect. I did not return either time. I am a very satisfied customer and plan on ordering from them again. I need a gowns every year for Mardi Gras Balls.

I recently bought my prom dress with this website and I received the dress 4 days after I ordered it. The dress fit perfectly and was exactly like how it looked in the picture. I recommend using their sizing chart to make sure you get the right fit. The dresses are a little expensive but they have unique and original designs. I do however advise those ordering from outside the U. S to read the return policy BEFORE ordering because I didn't realize that I would have to pay for shipping if I wanted to return the dress and that I would only get store credit, until after I ordered the dress. So read all the policies before ordering. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with this website and would recommend to others who are looking for prom dresses!

I dont know why there have been negative reviews on here. I have ordered fom this ompany twice. The gowns are authentic designer dresses. The last dress i ordered, i had to order sight unseen because it was the dress my daughter wanted and no one in my area had it. Long story when my daughter went to have alterations she no longer liked how the dress looked on her and didnt have it altered. I called customer service and they allowed me to return the dress less a 15% restocking fee since it still was in its original condition. Very satisfied!

This is my first ever review and it's only right I should share the experience of my first ever online shopping experience. It was just over a year ago and I ordered a beautiful Allure gown from New York Dress and happy to say everything went well. There was a little bit of confusion at the start but I think that was my fault. But everything worked out fine. The dress was perfect but needed some small alterations. Great selection and happy to recommend.

I was a bit skeptical with having to order my dress online as a final sale but if you get sized at a wedding shop and have them help you decide your size you will be fine. I had very minor alterations that needed to get done. My dress fit perfect, was flowing in the wind and looked great on a sandy beach. Dere Kiang ******* matched my choice of style and I could not find anything like this anywhere else, even after months of research. The dress was more beautiful in person. THANK YOU!

I have ordered many times from NY Dress. They are my first choice for gowns. I rarely look anywhere else. The service is tops. The tracking, documentation and response time for communication is immediate. I do not worry about getting my dress on time, or haggling over issues. They continue to provide top notch service.

After reading all the reviews good/bad, I did my own research. I went on the designers website and found New York dress to be an authorized seller of this designer. So... the gowns are authentic, NOT FAKES! I followed the size chart and ordered accordingly. I am a size 10, but as recommended, I ordered a size 14. My gown arrived in less than 1 week, and I have to say it is gorgeous! The quality is exquisite and the fit is perfect with exception of the length. I will need to get the hem shortened (which I assumed). Bottom line, this is a reputable company and I will definitely order from them again.

I don't really do reviews but I'm going to for this one. After reading a lot of comments about New York Dress I was kinda hesitant to order a dress from them but I did. The customer service is EXCELLENT! My dress came a week after being ordered. It is BEAUTIFUL! Fits perfectly. I could not be happier! Thank you New York Dress! I cannot wait until prom!
