Bought a ticket through these jokers 3 weeks in advance. They took payment and I received an email saying that my e ticket would be issued shortly. Long story short, never received a ticket despite multiple phone calls and assurances that it was on the way. Then the day before the flight they call to inform me that there are now available flights. When I asked how this was possible considering I had been given assurances that it was booked, they hung up. Would not not give these yahoo's a $#&@ing penny.

It was easy for me to change my flight departure date. Their agent was attentive and very cooperative.

I'm beginning to dread that this site is a scam. I've purchased a ticket late March it is now middle of april; i havn't recieved my e-ticket; even though my CC info went through. Tried emailing multiple times but comes back with a undelived message saying the email isn't vail. I've also called; but hanv't gotten a responce. BEWARE

I booked a ticket they took my money I was sent a booked confirmation but was NEVER sent a ticket. I called American airlines they said the ticked had never been confirmed I spent hours trying to get my ticket I was told over and over I will request your ticket and it NEVER happened I sent several emails and NO response. I booked my flight on 2/8/21 to fly 3/10/2021 and because they did not book my flight I have to wait to go since the flights have gone up to $600 IF you cant do the service you advertise or respond to your customers you should not be aloud to treat people this way.

It was easy working with their call center agent Adam. He helped me rebook a flight. My last flight had canceled.

"NewTravelTrip" is among the top travel agencies. I have used it to my full satisfaction in the recent past before the covid. I cannot think of any other travel portal for my travel plans. Kudos to "NewTravelTrip".

I have been purchased multiple flights with them and many other booking platforms. Their booking and post booking services are decent. You can easily reach their phone support staff and they are nice and helpful.

Can recommend this website to anyone as I have a couple of satisfactory booking experiences with them. Their agents are accommodating and polite and booking confirmation and e-tickets are sent immediately.

Their response was timely and professional. My flight to Canada got canceled and I requested a refund. Their email support staff kept me updated of the refund status.
