Super fast shipping considering the items shipped from China. Less than two weeks from ordering to delivery. Items ordered were as described and an incredible bargain. I contacted customer service after a week as I had not received an email. They replied promptly with my order details. Upon checking I actually did receive all the info and tracking info as well except it was flagged and went to my Spam filter. Great company, service, shipping and deals.

Second significant order from this company. First went well. Ordered an outdoor security camera as part of the second order - yet to arrive- Almost immediately after ordering camera went on sale for 30% less - significant amount. Requested a credit as I didnt even (and still dont) have the camera. Emails back and fourth. I write well and clearly. They respond with the "NO HABLA" and just say wait another week like its a delivery issue. NEVER AGAIN EVER

"RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT" I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND NEWFROG. THE MIRROR DASH CAMERA I RECEIVED WAS SMASHED. I SENT THEM OVER 8 PICTURES THE DAY I RECEIVED IT AND ALL THEY OFFERED WAS ($5 AND TOLD TO FIND ANOTHER BOX) (((I EMAILED THEM OVER 20 TIMES)))) I FINALLY HAD TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST THEM WITH PAY PAL, "WHICH I NOW WON" BUT I WILL HAVE TO PAY RETURN FOR A BROKEN, DAMAGED ITEM... NEVER AGAIN! STAY FAR AWAY FROM "HORRIBLE" NEWFROG

Recently i bought one Comfast CF-926AC V2 USB 3 WiFi adaptor, when i connect the computer my laptop and desktop becomes dead. I contact customer service to refund my money and request to return the item, But their response was too bad and they didn't do anything for me and just kidding me and ask to repair my computer. I strongly suggest you guys not to buy from here.

289.00 underwater camera is defective. Told me to have it fixed at local repair shop and would be refunded the cost. Ya right! Then not allowing a return. Save your money they sell junk

Ordered spectacle magnifiers 20x magnification. Eventually arrived, 1 of 2 lights dead, put them on to test and found that anything I wanted to look at had to be only 18mm from the lens, no room for tools and far to close to use both eyes, which is the basic purpose of the design. I cannot understand why any company can make or sell something so appallingly bad.
I have claimed a refund, what do you think my chances are?

Stay away. Dishonest. No delivery after payment. Order placed on 4 Dec
2018. Kept on making excuses for the delays. Promised a solution.
Stopped replying after a while. It's been 69 days. "Order #

I received my order and it was an EMPTY BOX! The dispute is still going 2 months later still no product or refund. They made promises that they haven't followed through with. But what got me was the message from the messenger:
Hello, Lee it's break time right now, we'll get back to you as soon as possible! WHO SAYS THAT!

DON'T PURCHASE NOT WORTH IT.

I used to do e-shopping for many years, without any problems. More than 2 months ago, I tried the www.newfrog.com site and I really was shocked. I bought the following item:
Item: Mini Portable Car GPS Locator Tracker
Order #: *******3414
SKU: *******. 01
Price with INSURANCE: $18.31

I'm still waiting for it!

I contacted them via email, through their support... they never answer!

I really don't recommend that site for anyone!

NB: their chat support is always offline.

Horrible service, horrible shipping, complete scam. Ordered some cheap little light well over a month ago and never received it. Their "customer service" staff was rude and no help at all.

I've been using Newfrog for years but no more!
Purchased a security camera that arrived faulty -was asked to provide a video of the faulty camera not working when hooked up, which I did after 3 emails stating that they did not get the video or could not open the video, they said take it to a camera company at my expense to check it. I will not do this at my expense as there is supposed to be a warranty for this equipment, was quite happy to send back but now no response from my Emails. Well no surprise! Do not buy from Newfrog as they do not honour any warranty.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Cheap quality crap!
Picture looks nothing like picture they show... I wasted many hours making it andno one knew what it was so in the garbage it went. Emailed and sent pictures to company and they don't care said what do you expect our stuff is cheap... hope they go out of business

Newfrog has the worst shipping and customer service of anyone I deal with from Asia. I just can't figure out why paypal would let them get away with it, I've ordered things from them and waited over three months for the product and they always give you some lame excuse about shipping or your post office. If they can't provide what they advertise, their site should be shut down.

Very hopeless seller. Do not buy from them. Customer Service officer Russell claimed that item had arrived at destination country on June 27th 2018 and till now has not arrived. Asked for refund and no response. Dishonest and evasive.

It said can detect microwave and TV radiation, but it show 0.00 all the time, I took a picture to show them. They ask me to local store to check, I ask for return, since then, they never response.

I ordered an item based on the online description and received something else. At first it took ages to get them to understand their error and in the end they didn't refund the full shipping costs as they had previously promised they would do. They reply to emails be repeating the same nonsense and by not addressing the points raised. They asked me to return everything so it can be tracked which cost me £49.98 but only refunded me £15. I am out of pocket by £34.98 which they refuse to refund me. Their excuse was that they agreed to refund half the shipping costs but when I challenged them to demonstrate when they had made this offer ( which I would never have accepted anyway since the whole thing is their mistake and not mine), they did not furnish me with proof (as they don't have any). I want everyone to know that they are a bad seller/retailer.

I ordered two items to try them out. The VGA switch severely reduces the available resolution, and the MP3 player is so bad you can hardly tell if the battery is in. Of course, they want the bag the first item came in, so I can't return it. Testing the stuff was the last time I'll waste on these crooks.

This is My mail to Newfrog!
I received the order today, But, I am not happy with the service as I spent extra money for shipment tracking that was never updated! I had no idea where the package was. A waste of money and this does not look good for your company! I will not do business with a company that sells bad service.

I am requesting a shipping Refund for this useless service!

I NEVER HEARD BACK WITH A RESOLUTION!

Ordered a phone £126 on the 9th of April 18, never heard anything from this company until I got in contact with there customer service which was non existent, no tracking number sent, was on the live chat to them every day, all I got back was we have a system error, please wait a couple of days for the tracking number, another excuse was it was a national holiday, I even had another excuse saying they did not know what happened with my purchase, Then low and behold I had an email saying it had been shipped but could not give me a tracking number...!, could not believe it, every excuse under the sun, I demanded a refund which they did pay back, Then I received an e-mail from them saying they had found my purchase & would I like to re-order!, (told them in no small words where they could stick there phone), stay away and do not waste your money unless you want a whole lot of stress, disappointment and excuse after excuse

Site sells only oversees Fakes.
The company is based here in the United States they claim well there website is and of all things its hosted by Amazon. Makes one wonder.! I digress they are actually located in Hong Kong, and the items are made there and sold here as authentic and are not. Most fakes sold try and sneak under the radar, not these guys they have a whole site that appears to sell fakes only. I am basing this on my own experiences and this is my opinion.
This has to be one of the worst online companies. Please do not use them, the positive reviews are fake
