Forms for shipping and payment were annoying to use. I couldn't type the name of my town, and capturing it with drop down menu was almost impossible.
Order masks on April 18th and never received them. Tracking says they are still at the carrier in China. Requested my money back and still have nothing.
I would like to say, that I was disappointed about the situation, that prices were first in CHF and at the end invoice in EUR (which I did not realize until I did see my credit card invoice). Also the delivery costs are very high and on top of that I also received an invoice for customs. I know that most probably for the delivery and customs it's not something that you can change. I have previously purchased shoes from Socofy which are beautiful, comfortable and I have worn them forever. My latest purchase however is not so good. One pair is crooked, and does not have enough strap to securely attach the shoe. The other pair are passable but I do not think they will become favourites as their predecessors were. The product was cheap and did not fit. The return policy is a rip off. Mailing it back to China cost more than the item itself. They know this and offer a 50% discount. My poor daughter spent her money on this and got a real hard lesson in quality.

1/ It took the parcel 10 days to come to France with 12 euros delivery fares, but when I received it I actually discovered that it was sent from a warehouse located in France! So the long delivery time and high fares are not justified in my eyes.
2/The same articles cost half the price on Amazon. Why such a difference?
3/The articles have really nice designs but the fabric quality is rather poor, or at least is not worth this website's prices.

Ordered 2 items, they did not look anything like as shown on the pictures. Quality looked cheap, one dress way too small. From what I have been reading in term of reviews I dont need to bother, I dont have the time nor the energy to send endless emails for a partial refund. I can only say dont bother with this company. Delivery costs GP 10. Crazy. Absoluty not worth it. Stick with more reputable companies like Boohoo and ASOS.

Received a product that was scratched and damaged. They offered x amount of money back as good will. Better than nothing. Most they can do was partial refund which almost covered the delivery charge. Lean bien las descripciones antes de comprar. Es una FUNDA para edredón SIN edredón, incluye las fundas de almohada y una sábana encimera. No se va a ver igual que en las imágenes de ilustración. Yo ya tenía el edredón, y solo quería la funda así que en ese sentido no hay problema. Es el tamaño correcto (king size). La calidad y los acabados eso si dejan mucho que desear. Paguen un poco más compren en otro lado algo que les dure por mucho tiempo porque estos no.

In fairness they handled my complaints very well and very quickly, but I did have to pay to return the goods to China!!

My order is more than 1 month over of the planed shipping date. I didn't receive any info why this is taking so long or if it is even shipped, all the website says is order received, planed shipping date... (and that's over a month ago, ordering about 2 months). After a hell of a research on their website I found out that it seems to be one product from my order that is still missing (out if stock) but still no information about that.
Stock need to updated every time, don't ask customer to wait until the new stock arrived. Especially after payment had made. Website not friendly, ask to wait and cant made complaint. FB page is the only faster way to complaint with action. Service from your team is good but after i had made few complaint. Please provided a complaint box at your website

I ordered a wrap skirt and it turns out to be a fake wrap. I am a short lady and I knew I would need to alter it but not I need to completely take it apart and re cut and sew. If I knew it wasn't a true wrap I would have passed on this item.
I also ordered a dress and I knew I would need to shorten it and that worked fine.
The product quality is not bad. But they don't meet the deadlines for the shipping.
Even if you pay the express shipping. They took 13 days to prepare my order and now it didn't arrrive in time.
The only help I could find from their assistant Suzain was "to be patient".

The products they sell are of OK to good, but shipping is terrible. They take the order, and your money within 24 hours but they may not ship for 4 weeks, then they expect you to wait 45 days after that before you put in a missing shipment report. Customer service does respond within 24 hours but every time it is the same... sorry, for the delay... please wait a little long... (Its the Pandemic, Its the Airlines, Yada yada yada). Good luck trying to get your money back. No company I have ever ordered from takes 10 weeks from taking payment to actually expecting your shipping date. I am still awaiting a shipment or a refund and I am going on 9 weeks.

Shipment was slow. Ordered on dec 7th came after Christmas. Quality of product was lower than expected. "You get what you pay for" is true.
Images were much better looking than product, but that's my fault because I know advertising is usually not really as is. Making it look better than it is must be the needed necessity for business.

Ofertaban un vestido, que quise obsequiarle a mi esposa, a u$s19,90 (ese día estaba con descuento, ya que normalmente aparecía entre u$s30/35. Me facturaron el envió u$s36 (casi el doble del valor de la prenda). Al recibirla verificamos que la calidad de la tela no era la esperable, en realidad era mucho más gruesa que el de la temporada de uso de la prenda. Obviamente no creo que vuelva a comprarles algo, y por supuesto recomendaré a mis amigos que tampoco lo hagan. I bought nearly the same shoes about 3 years go and were very comfortable slip on's and wanted to get a replacement pair. Haven't gotten them yet and the sole is different but will use them. The other attempt to buy was the same situation and had to get my teenage son to do it. This time he was not around. When asked for email and password it always says password is incorrect. At the tail end of order it yells me that name and phone number don't match. Have to change password to numbers and letters sent, still get the message "do not match". Exasperated.
