Took a month to get it and clothes don't look anything like website, does not state it is coming from China, which I never would have ordered it. I am trying to return all that I ordered and no one is calling me back or emailing me back. They are saying they will take returns within 30 days but it takes a month to get the stuff

Home & electronic items are very very expensive & the shipping fee is much more expensive. Shirts & dresses are really big like they are made for curvy people. XS or UK 2 is like UK 14 & the material is usually polyester like board shorts. Their shipping fee also increases when you add even one item much more if you add items from different categories (like 2 shorts shipping is $12 then you add a small floor mat the shipping becomes $48 then add a plate holder the shipping becomes $72. This is not a joke. See for yourself

Tip for consumers:
the shipping takes more than a month & when the item is out of stock they wont show in the site or app but that's the reason why they cant ship your order because they are waiting for the items to be replenished & it could take months & when you dont contact their customer service your order will never arrive

I placed an order for a shirt and a pair of pants on 01.10, unfortunately they were not in stock and I did not receive the immediate information that these, or as I found out later, one of the products is not in stock, and To be honest, I don't understand why the products that are not in stock at the moment appear on the website, anyway, let's say, as it was my first order, I didn't know that before ordering you have to verify that the product is in stock, which I think absurd, and as a first buyer the situation is very confusing, let's get over it anyway, and so, a month had to pass after which Sami split the order and deliver it in separate deliveries, as a delivery term of 15-20 days and as a rule after placing the order for 48 hours to be delivered, the one I already have 9 days and it shows me that it is in process, for the second order, having weekly discussions and promising that the stocks will be fulfilled in the following days and so on another 3 weeks have passed ini, after which I already lost my patience and asked for it to be changed, and I still have 2 more weeks in which still nothing happens.
When asked what the solution to this problem will be, the offer is a 20% discount on the next purchase, which will certainly not be available again.
The idea of ​​ordering can be clothes for a specific event or for some wardrobe changes, maybe due to the outside season, but when you receive a simple order of a shirt and some pants, in periods of approximately 3 months, you certainly don't want to do it again shopping.
So as not to tell the client that it is a short story, my account, attached is the number of the entire order.
P.S. Besides all this, I hope that the quality is appropriate for the price, because if not, I will be even more upset.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Turns out the green dress was discontinued. Instead of informing me so I could cancel the order, they grabbed a dress similar to what I order in another color thinking I would be good with it. Not even the same dress. They refuse to make it right. Offered to give me a $12 credit and i get to keep the ugly blue dress.In order to get a refund I have to ship dress back at my own expense.

Do not trust what you see in the pictures. Do not trust they will send you what you ordered.

It took over 50 days for the delivery. I will never buy from newchic. Newchic should close shop and stop annoying the paying customer. Learn from Amazon. You business won't last. That is why I told all my friends not to buy from newchic. Sorry.

I ordered size 12 pants and received XL. I figure XL could fit anyone from size 14-20. The crotch is 15 inches long and there's enough fabric to encase an elephant. Why list sizes if you have no intention of trying to fit them even remotely.

I placed 2 orders at the beginning of April. I received 1 order at the end of May but the second order has not been delivered yet. On the order status it shows that the delivery has expired. I've tried to contact them but keep going into an unending loop and cannot get through. Will never order from New Chic ever again!

It took 60 days to finally receive my shoes which were not put together properly. In fact, where it was supposed to be sewn or tacked down, it was not. The shoes were literally falling apart right in the box they were shipped in. They were also too small and looked nothing like the shoes I ordered. I am not going to even bother returning them. If it took 60 days to receive shoes that were falling apart, it's obvious that it would be a futile effort. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They sent completely wrong item, I opened a PayPal case because they wouldn't refund me. Telling me to close the case then they'll refund me. They lied about destination also, so took almost a month to get to me. PayPal is dealing with it now. So don't waste your time or money with this shady company. The pictures show the difference…. And they tried to say it's the same.

I ordered a Medium sized Hoodie last January, it arrived middle of April, never in a million years is this a medium size! It would barely fit a child. I went online to apply for a refund and was told that I would have to mail it back to China and pay the shipping charge, so now I am out of pocket for the cost of shipping to me and the cost of returning the item. I do all of my shopping online and I can honestly say that this is without doubt the worse company I have ever had to deal with! I will never use them again.

I have never experienced with any company online that i purchased from. Before i found out about this place, i thought WISH was the worst,, but now? This place takes the cake... i have ordered an item in first week of March. Til this day 4/15/2000 i still haven't seen it. I called Customer service and they told me to wait and it will come. So i waited and still nothing happened. So i called them back again. She had the nerve to ask me" what is the reason i want it so bad?" first of all. I dont think thats none of your business second i ordered this hoping i can wear it while its still cold here, and seeming we are into summer, which i have no use for it in the summer.

A 1 star rating is too much for these guys. They are scammers. I bout a jacket that was too small and wanted to return for a refund. They told me they will provide a 5% refund, I told them I want to return for a full refund. They stopped replying to me and did not send my refund. People please do not order from this site, the clothes are poorly made and they will steal your money.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SHADY BUSINESS. Items look nice but they started with very bad transactions, they only want you to pay cash so they reject your credit card as if you had no credit, not good. Company from Hong Kong (China), this use to be a nice place but now it's rotten. I do not need this bad shady business. It says they will take for ever to send items.

I have NEVER experienced anything in my life. The item I ordered was NOT the the same item pictured and it was also deflective because the pocket was sewn crooked. I sent them many pictures for proof and they they denied it. New Chic REFUSED to send me a prepaid label to ship defective item back to them like their return policy indicates. They tried to bargain with me by telling me to keep item and they will give me a 30% discount on my next order and then offered a partial refund. I kept making it clear that I wanted to send the wrong defective top back to them. I could NEVER speak to anyone so after spending hours going back and forth with them over 15 times by email and sending them picture after picture that they requested, they gave me a refund and never sent me a prepaid label to send item back. The first picture is what I received with the different patchwork and crooked pocket and the second picture is what I actually odred..

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I ended up keeping them because they would not send a pre paid label for defective items as the return policy stated. They obviously did not want to pay the cost of return.

I saw a pair of boots on the New Chic website on Facebook. Thinking this is a legitimate company I ordered the boots in good faith. They were quick to charge my charge card, but I never received a confirmation or email about the boots. I waited about two months and then I contacted my credit card company to report them as fraud. I have been telling everyone to stay away from this company! How can Facebook still let them advertise on their site, that's my BIG question.
