I would like to say, that I was disappointed about the situation, that prices were first in CHF and at the end invoice in EUR (which I did not realize until I did see my credit card invoice). Also the delivery costs are very high and on top of that I also received an invoice for customs. I know that most probably for the delivery and customs it's not something that you can change. But the prices should either be in CHF or EUR (not both). Thanks and best regards.

The product was cheap and did not fit. The return policy is a rip off. Mailing it back to China cost more than the item itself. They know this and offer a 50% discount. My poor daughter spent her money on this and got a real hard lesson in quality.

1/ It took the parcel 10 days to come to France with 12 euros delivery fares, but when I received it I actually discovered that it was sent from a warehouse located in France! So the long delivery time and high fares are not justified in my eyes.
2/The same articles cost half the price on Amazon. Why such a difference?
3/The articles have really nice designs but the fabric quality is rather poor, or at least is not worth this website's prices.

I have previously purchased shoes from Socofy which are beautiful, comfortable and I have worn them forever. My latest purchase however is not so good. One pair is crooked, and does not have enough strap to securely attach the shoe. The other pair are passable but I do not think they will become favourites as their predecessors were. Received a product that was scratched and damaged. They offered x amount of money back as good will. Better than nothing. Most they can do was partial refund which almost covered the delivery charge. Will be a while or never if I ever order from them again. Dissatisfied with product but Customer service was par.

Ordered 2 items, they did not look anything like as shown on the pictures. Quality looked cheap, one dress way too small. From what I have been reading in term of reviews I dont need to bother, I dont have the time nor the energy to send endless emails for a partial refund. I can only say dont bother with this company. Delivery costs GP 10. Crazy. Absoluty not worth it. Stick with more reputable companies like Boohoo and ASOS.

I noticed immediately, but was trapped in your website, unable to cancel one of them.
So now I have 2 identical dresses!
I probably can alter one of them in to a skirt.
And what's with the after pay again and again. Annoying I lost track after a bit. Hopefully I did not end by being overcharged.
Before I ever order anything from NewChic again, I will make sure to research your website, to see if you have made it more customer friendly.
Too bad, I like much of your stuff, and the prizes!
I ordered frequently from you years ago, but stopped after no being able to figure out how to return an order, I didn't like.
At that time I stopped ordering, because it annoyed me, much like my experience with my most recent purchase.

I ordered a Hoodie and loved the design but when it arrived I really wasn't happy with the product and its unwearable. The material is really weird and doesn't feel or look nice to wear. It looks like a cheap waterproof plastic. Cotton or some sort of Cotton blend would be so much better. This material has really let down the product and I won't be wearing it.

It took about 4 months for the items to be delivered. I got a partial refund for late ones, which is good. Nevertheless, it is frustrating and irritation to try and track the orders. Emails and phone calls were not accessible. One of the items that was on display was not what I expected in terms of size.
