I bought 2 cardigans. My normal European size is Large. As a precaution I ordered size XL which unfortunately still a size too small. I should have gone up TWO sizes to 2XL.
Nothing wrong with the product itself BUT
Trying to return to another country is too much time and trouble to attempt, so I'll give the garments to a charity clothes shop.

While the material of the items I bought were as expected, the workmanship of the items can be much better. The shirts we somewhat shorter than what I can see from the pictures of the item posted on the website. The joints were not sewn evenly and this make the shirts looked rather out of shape. For the price I paid, this is definitely not worth it

I bought a shoes on January 24th. As of February 27, it had not yet arrived, which is why I canceled the purchase.
In the first place, I do not understand how you can put up for sale an item that you cannot supply to the buyer, making him pay the amount, and then not being able to serve it. In other online stores, when an item is out of stock, they indicate that there are no units available; but they do not deceive the customer by making him pay for an item that later they will not be able to serve him. In this regard, Newchic's performance is quite improvable.
Second, when I bought the item, I paid the amount instantly. But when it comes to refunding the amount, you take several days, instead of returning it on the spot: this is clearly unfair.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
