Received product within given timeframe given when placing order and was pleased overall with the jacket. Buttons could have used a few more threads but did this myself and all is good.
Love the dress. Hard to be sure of what size to order. Seemed a tad big and waiting for another to arrive in a size smaller.
Delay in delivery due a mistake made by the person that shipped the product. My apartment number had a missing number so I had to go to the Posta Office to find the package and fix the number.
This sweater was not worth the price that it was purchased for. One side of the sweater is longer that the other.

I ordered 4 shirts in the size XXL. They arrived in a timely fashion but when they arrived I didn't like the material and none of the shirts fit. I tried to return them but they had to be shipped back to China and the shipping would have cost more than the original purchase.

Upon first wearing when I rubbed the shoes together by accident, the velvet of the shoe rubbed off. Disappointing after the long wait.
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
