I love NewChic! While sure some things can be a bit on the higher end of the spectrum, you can certainly find great deals...

My first experience with NewChic turned out to be one of the best. These trousers are irresistible. I cannot take them off. They are slightly longer than my actual size but otherwise are perfect in every aspect.

Sadly I returned to buy some 10 or 15 white o-neck t-shirts, 100% cotton, but there aren't any. I am still looking elsewhere.

The website is user friendly, and prices are below average, so I'll keep returning whenever I need something.

Such a lot of choice, which is not a bad thing, but takes quite a while to find what you want. As this is my first order, I hoped the UK sizing I've chosen will be correct, which it was. Much quicker delivery than I expected, so really pleased.

I purchased the cutest pair of Socofy pumps. I bought them to go with a retro style dress for a wedding. The shoes were gorgeous, exactly as pictured right down to colour and details, and VERY well made! First time I wore them, I wore them comfortably all day long without blisters or sore feet. One of the best pair of shoes I have ever owned! They are my favourite shoes and would definitely purchase this brand of shoes from Newchic again. Very pleased with this experience!

In my viewpoint it's very good, however, there is a big broblem with delivery. It takes a long time to receive the package.

Didn't realise postage and package was so expensive in the UK nor took so long, lesson learned for next time. Obviously the expense of the packaging and the long lead time was because the shoes came from the USA. Worth the wait and even with the packaging costs appear to be excellent value for money, and they look good too. Just be careful when viewing re were the goods are coming from as you will not see the true cost till you actually start to place an order, but you will see the full cost before you actually confirm the order.

Ordering was easy, and sizing spot on. I love my new clothes items. Delivery was a bit slow, but mail everywhere has been crazy with covid.

Cute stuff, reasonable prices, and it came on time, made of nice fabric and not that weird polyester everyone else sends me! As long as it doesn't fall apart or get easily damaged in the wash, I'll definitely do more shopping from you in the future! So far so good!

Hello New chic I am a loyal customer who has bought dozens of dresses. I live in Kenya and I am really happy with the dresses that I receive. The only issue I have is the customs fees I have to pay when the dresses are sent through DHL or Fed ex. It is really a lot. Please could you use only Aramex to post the items as they don't charge any customs fees. Thank you

I have used newchic for six years now, and have never had a problem with what they have delivered, sometimes they run out of an item but they have always refunded me immediately and without question for items that aren't coming. The only problem I have with this company is winnowing my shopping cart down to what I can afford to rather than what I want to buy, I have a lot of items on my wish list...

OK I love this Web Site (NewChic). And when people tell you that retail stores aren't necessary Tell me do you really want to buy all your shoes and fashion on Amazon? I don't think so. There's some times when you need or want more customer service and you want to actually see what you're purchasing before you buy it. Or are you just want to browse and even sample some of the perfumes or cosmetics. The legendary customer service at Newchic is on full display here.

Good delivery time Sandals arrived in a week. Sadly they were too big so contacted them re: return. No problems they replied very quickly and after a few emails they refunded me in full. I did not have to return the item but as I couldn't wear them I decided to give them to charity. Excellent service no complaints whatsoever!
