Order masks on April 18th and never received them. Tracking says they are still at the carrier in China. Requested my money back and still have nothing.
Paying $13 for "expedited shipping" on an in stock item that takes 3 to 4 weeks to get to the destination is unacceptable. Especially for a gift. I see from research after my purchase that I am not the only customer to experience this. The completely inoperable "24/7 live chat" is a joke to make this look like a responsive company. This was my first and will be my last purchase from NewChic. Buyers Beware!

I ordered the sneakers using the size guide on Newchic's site, and ordered a size 39 (European). The price was very good including international shipping. The site was easy to use. They took almost 2 months to arrive. I was very pleased with their appearance. They are a shade darker than they appear in the photos buy still look awesome. Unfortunatly, they were too small for me so it appears the sizing chart is not dependable enough.

Except for a couple of issues, I've always been pretty much satisfied with products I've ordered from New Chic.
Fair price for items purchased.
Good quality for the price, except for a couple of exceptions. I've had one pair of sandals for about 4 years (wearing lots in spring summer and fall) which will last me another few years... I expect.

I call them computer commercials, you know, the pop up advertising that appears on your computer screen when you're doing some work... well that's where I first the hats. I was in the market to purchase one or two for myself that didn't have any wool in it- wool itches, so I did as well as two for my mother. One of the hats I purchased is very colorful and I like it, but it doesn't really like my head. I'm going to figure out a way to make it work though- somehow. My mother likes hers.

I like the style and colors; sadly only one of them fit the way I expected, the other one - with all the colors, I will have to work on before wearing it.

Awesome looking products that look interesting in the photos but do not look good when wearing them.
The clothes that I bought have a much neater fit in the photos. The products I received are much more loose than I anticipated and they are very very thin material. They do not have any stretch to them so it feels like I can break the seams of rip any part easily. Maybe worth $20 CAD a piece and shipping was expensive. Won't recommend unless you know what you are getting.

I ordered slippers for myself and a shirt and a blouse for my wife. I am very satisfied with the slippers - they look exactly as on the web site, they are of good size and quality. On the contrary, we are not satisfied with the shirt and blouse because the shirt is too small while the blouse is too large (even though we checked the sizes very carefuly before ordering). Hence, I have rather mixed impressions in general.

I planned on buying around 3-4 items but because the shipping is so expensive it doubled my cost and it's unreasonable to pay that much. My total ended up around $120 with shipping which I simply can't afford, it is a shame because I know my brother would absolutely adore the hoodies and t-shirts for Christmas. I wish free shipping was offered or a maximum of $15 shipping would even be better than doubling my price.

Die Kaufabwicklung auf der Internetseite ist etwas untransparent und man sieht leider erst ganz am Ende (wenn man bezahlt hat), dass die Ware eigentlich aus China kommt. Man wird auch nicht - wie in Europa eigentlich üblich - erst darum gebeten, sich die AGB's (insbesondere das Widerrufsrecht) durchzulesen. Dies auf der Internetseite zu finden, ist auch nicht ganz einfach.
Insgesamt war ich mit der Bestellung (der Qualität der Artikel) größtenteils zufrieden. Eines der Shirts hatte ich nur testweise in einer weiteren Farbe mitbestellt, da ich nicht sicher war, wie die Farbe in echt aussehen würde.
Angesichts der Tatsache, dass man die enormen Kosten für den Rückversand (inkl. Verzollung) selbst tragen muss, konnte ich das Shirt dann aber leider nicht ohne Weiteres zurückgeben. So auch die versehentlich zu viel bestellte Tasche.:-(
Ein Glück, dass die Sachen ansonsten wenigstens gepasst haben und ich für das Shirt einen anderen Abnehmer finden konnte.
Wenn man also sicher ist, dass man die Sachen behalten möchte, kann ich NewChic soweit weiterempfehlen. Auf jeden Fall besser als "MODETALENTE", die unter dem gleichen Hut zu stecken scheinen.
Ich bin zufällig auf die Internetseite von NewChic gestoßen und konnte einfach den hübschen Klamotten und Accessoires (recht günstig und ausgefallen) einfach nicht widerstehen.
Sehr ausgefallene und hübsche Sachen im Sortiment und das zu einem erschwinglichen Preis.

Took a long time to get the items. I don't live in Edmonton, a friend agreed to accept, missed the first delivery requested another one. Had to pay $5 for the second delivery which is fine except wanted the money send email. Got a message from Paypal that recipient wasn't accepting at that time. Courier company finally agreed to have my friend pay cash to couier driver. Could have picked up but pick up location is on the outskirts of the city. Really like the merchandize but need a different delivery system. Will not be ordering again.

2 of my 4 items were very good. The sizes for the jumper however meant it didn't fit very well. There doesn't seem to be a size for tall, thin men. To get the arm length I had to order a massive chest size. I have a 44 chest but the arm length with that chest size is way too short. This all meant that it doesn't fit very well

I bought 2 cardigans. My normal European size is Large. As a precaution I ordered size XL which unfortunately still a size too small. I should have gone up TWO sizes to 2XL.

Trying to return to another country is too much time and trouble to attempt, so I'll give the garments to a charity clothes shop.

Selecting country dropdown during order was very jittery nand took time
Les tissus des différents articles sont tellement synthétiques qu'ils sentent la transpiration après seulement quelques heures, malgré l'utilisation de déodorant, ce qui est très désagréable. De plus l'un d'eux s'est avéré très différent de la photo sur le site internet. Je vais donc demander une reprise de celui-ci.

I liked a lot of the clothes that I saw on site and the colours were really nice. I ordered 2 shirts for my partner but could only keep one of them. The shirt was nicely coloured but to be aware the material is thin so not sure how long it will last. Had trouble contacting company through the website because I didnt wish to ring them and couldnt see where their email address was. I used the chat line a few times and we have now concluded the part refund for the second shirt. Just feel it was too much hassle to buy from there again.

Cat blouse had two manufacturing faults and was polyester fabric and not cotton as advertised, the Scenic T-Shirt was round necked and not V shaped as advertised. Also money came out of my account for another scenic t-shirt which I did not order. NewChic refunded this when they were aware of what had happened.
The advertised items looked interesting and quite unique. However the quality of the materials used was disappointing in reality which is a pity.
My daughter is mad on cats hence the choice of the cat blouse/jacket. I like scenery which is why I chose that type of T-shirt.

I'll wait until I receive ordering can't review the jacket as it is a Christmas present for my grandson. I was nit impressed with the delivery by Hermes. I had no notification that It was going to be delivered. On Saturday afternoon the parcel was brought to me by a very kind gentleman who lived quite a few houses along from me, although the correct address was on the parcel. Ive heard from several people how appalling Hermes are at delivering to the wrong address. Maybe you should reconsider them as your agents.
