The product was shipped quickly and arrived on a timely manner. The packaging was easy to go through and it was easy enough to install it on your own.
My order would not go through because of their refusal to take my credit card because they use an outdated verification system that does not recognize that people move and that multiple people might be listed at an apartment building. Only option was PayPal which is not a viable option for everyone. Pretty sad when a company won't take a valid credit card for even low-cost items. Called a dealer and got the same item delivered the next day for a cheaper price.

I wasn't looking for any advice or specialized parts, just an intuitive web site, well stocked with parts and timely delivery. MiniMainia delivered and will now be my first search for my Mini's parts in the future.
The quality of the product was very good and the delivery was fast. I don't know what else to tell you to be able to use all the space left.

You will have to do the work of all their departments for them. They didn't contact me for a month because they didn't have the parts available, despite the website saying they did. They overcharged me from my original purchase (before I asked where the hell the parts were). I had to message them a month after I ordered to find out where my package is and when I would see it. After an unsuccessful delivery attempt it took 4 phone calls for them to actually "find" my order, they never messaged and for a month and a half wouldn't confirm they received it, despite documents showing their warehouse personnel had physically signed for the package a month and a half before. They refused any discount for me having to perform all their employees roles in the company by myself (shouldn't need to hold your employees hands for you to run your business, but you need to for this one. The managers won't call you back, even if you tell them they need to answer the phone, or face other parties starting to intervene in the process to get you the money they are illegally withholding. I ended up filing fraud charges against them with my bank because that was the only option to get the overcharge of $1007.09 back. Original dispute with records, they claimed my %100 discount would only be $8.16, with documentation of everything, including phone calls with them (phone calls were recorded on my side in order to have proof of shady business practices, as well to get my money back). They run a business so discombobulated, it is appalling that it is still going. Glad I have a bank willing to fight fraudulent / theft charges against a company like this. 1 Star makes your company look amazing compared to what it is.
