Neustar rated the website unjabbed. Net as "unsafe or not family friendly" This was found out from the below web page. Scroll down to the safety secion.

Five other services say it is safe.
I contacted Neustar and they said they would submit a report to correct the rating, but as they use third party sources the classification may come back.
They actually offered to look and adjust at the rating of one of our competitors when we told them they have a similar kind of website but are not rated as unsafe by Neustar. I told them this would only make the problem bigger.
Over the past few days, we have received a couple of emails from people trying to access the website unjabbed. Net and they received messages saying the website was unsafe.
The is compromising all the work that has gone into the website.
Unjabbed. Net has over 5000 registered members and over the past year has had 100,000 unique visitors. If there was a real problem with the website it would be really known by now.
Obviously the whole thing is not satisfactory at all.
I suspect the only people saying these "unsafe" messages will be people in certain environments (perhaps corporate ones or universities with filters) or certain DNS services.
