Netrition.com is a fantastic website that is dedicated to delivering healthy products to health-conscious people. They offer excellent deals, fast delivery, and a huge range of low-carb products. All shipment is well-packaged, and the goods are always as mentioned. It's so easy to find healthier food on this site, so thank you for this business.
I ordered refrigerated items and they arrived warm. I was told by customer service that it was my responsibility to refrain from ordering when it is warm in my region. They ask for customer feedback so that they can be better but are not willing to stand by their product or their shipping or their customer service response time. Will NOT order from them again.
It took several months to recieve my order. I never recieved any communication about the delays. I had to reach out several times and each time I was told it would ship shortly. I tried the online communication and asked for a supervisor to contact me and recieved absolutely no response. I then asked for a refund and no response. I actually though I had been scammed. Then one day last week out of the Blue I finally recieved my order. Customer service I guess no longer exist so me as a customer to you will no longer exist! I gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me give negative 10 stars.

Tip for consumers:
They do not refund when items arrived spoiled. They blame it on the customer for ordering items that will spoil or ordering when the weather is warm. I guess I should control the weather when I place my order. They take not responsibility for the way they package the orders to ship.

It took me 3 weeks to get my order, and the sad thing is that I live pretty close by. Their customer service showed zero interest/empathy, I spent hours hoping to get an explanation and was not given one. Wouldnt reccomend.
Wasn't impressed with the customer service of this site. My order took weeks to arrive and I wasn't notified that there was a delay...

Netrition.com is the Internet's Premier Nutrition Superstore. The company was started in 1996 by two brothers who were into health and fitness and wanted to change the way you could access nutritional supplements. In 1996, you had two options: go to GNC and pay full retail or go online and make a purchase from an unsecured site, where you were presented only with a listing of the brand and product name, and then pray you got what you thought you ordered. Sadly, most went to GNC and paid full retail. That's where Netrition came in. We brought consumers not just a listing of the brand and product name, but also a full product description with nutrition facts and an image. This enabled the consumer to know exactly what they were going to get when placing an order at our web site. And we did it for a fraction of the cost one would pay at stores like GNC. That combined with lightning fast delivery and superior customer service has made us the force in the nutritional supplement industry we are today.
In the beginning, Netrition provided largely bodybuilding supplements and vitamins. However, shortly thereafter we started offering a variety of low carb products. This was long before low carb dieting/eating went mainstream. And now that the low carb craze has died down, we are one of the last ones standing that are still providing a wide variety of quality low carb products for the serious low carb consumer.
While we have grown leaps and bounds from our start in the basement of a house, we have always maintained that small business mentality where management is an integral part of the daily operation and customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
