I did not notice any problems with this store while I was browsing their website for what I wanted. It was actually quite easy because their website is user freindly and most people will find it easy to navigate if it is their first time. The store also has a variety of products and I had a lot to choose from which I found to be very thoughtful of the store.
I saw that the website have only good reviews and that's why i made the purchase but don't get fooled like me;) On the website they showed that hey had the xdj-700 on stock with the full bar on green ( it means normally they have a good stock of the product) so i have ordered 3 but at the end they didn't have it on stock and after a long discussion with the customer service where they wanted to sell me the product which they still don't have for a higher price ( they changed the price 2-3 days after my order) so my order was canceled and i'm still waiting (almost 3 weeks)for them to decline the authorization that paypal send it to them since i choosed the payment by installments option, and because of that i can't make an other purchase with that amount of money on an other website. After i have posted my last review about the really bad experience i had with this website, the customer service sended me an email ( when i was ignored on the last emails that i sended to them) asking me to delete the review, and when i said that i'm not gonna do it because that's really what happend, instead of trying to help me with this blocked transfer they renew my order again (which i didn't ask for), and now i just checked that they gonna take money in 2 weeks from my paypal account ( i did installment payment), which it's illeagle because first they didn't ask me before to put the new order in their system and second because they are gonna take money for a product that they don't have and they can't deliver... No comments, for my luck i paid with paypal or i would have been f*cked... SCAMERS! Already 2 month after i made the purschase and i still didn't get my money back, the customer service is threating me to pursue me because if the review that i'm writing, she said explicitly that she is only gonna refund me in case i remove all the bad reviews wich i refused to do, i reported the purchase on paypal and waiting to get refund from paypal cuz the customer service is not helping at all. SCAMMERS

I was searching for TV in the internet and luckily i found this website with a TV model that it is scarce nowadays. The delivery service took 5 working days. I was at home and able to check the article right after the delivery.
