They want 19.99 a month for hardly anything. I've been a customer for YEARS. They want 19.99 a month for 2 tvs and no ads. I get a better deal with Hulu disney+ and ESPN for 19.99 a month with no ads. Netflix has become to expensive and there isn't anything good on there anymore. I even talked to customer service and all they said was that they didn't care I canceled my service. I've had them since 2008! Ridiculous they don't want to keep loyal customers.

Use for 3 months

I've never had any subscription but now I always watching tv shows.

I've had 0 lags or problems with entering or finding something. But I don't like the rewind function, you have to press it 2 times and it has the feeling that it takes 20 seconds

ARE U STILL WATCHING?

Honestly I'm a type of person. I need the TV on to get sleep. I have a sleeping disorder, and when the TV goes off I end up waking up. I'm lucky if I get 4 hours sleep at night, and that's with waking up every 30 minutes every 20 minutes. I'm tired of this Netflix asking... Are you still watching? Man you guys got to f*** off with that s***. I'm paying for it. It's not costing you any money. It's coming out of my pocket. Leave the goddamn programs running. If I want to f****** leave it running non-stop. That's my business. I pay for my hydro. I paid for my TV. If I want to burn it out I pay for my internet. Leave the goddamn thing running. Stop asking if I'm still watching it. If I'm not watching the goddamn TV then I would shut off wouldn't it? I would have it shut off. Wouldn't I? Stop f****** asking if I'm watching still leave the TV on?

Poor new content

It was once a great platform, its now full of 'b' grade foreign movies and the standards have fallen so far most of the 'netflix' created content resembles porn or horror. 5 to 10 years ago it was #1, now its just another service

I used to pirate stuff way back when companies made it too hard or inconvenient to purchase legally. When Netflix came out originally, I stopped pirating over night. Back then, it was super convenient, affordable, and hassle-free.

Today, Netflix has turned into garbage. Firstly, it monitors your screen and blacks out the feed if it thinks its being recorded. So whats the issue? Well, if you're using a M1 macbook and can't natively support 3 monitors, you can get an app called Displaylink which extends your screens to 3 or 4, but Netflix falsely detects this as a screen recorder. There's no way to dispute it, you're just stuck disassembling your setup and forced to watch it on a 13" screen.

Next, my sister and I used an account together. When we paid for the premium account, it allowed for 4k feeds and up to 4 people using it consecutively. Well, their greed finally caught up to them and they decided that didn't make them enough money. Now they care if the 4 people don't live at the same address and force you to pay for an extra account. So my gullible sister did it and purchased an add-on for me to be able to use her account. So now we are paying nearly twice as much. Worst of all, the service is not even the same as it was, but is now worse. In the past, since 4 people could view consecutively, my room mate would use the account on the main TV while I watched in my room. Again, this was the advertised service so it wasn't like we were abusing Netflix. Well, Netflix once again decided that multiple people cannot use the same account even if they live together, so now I am paying for a service I am not even able to use.

So thanks Netflix. As soon as this month is up, I am cancelling this trash service and am going back to downloading the shows instead - at least until they bring back their old premium plans and make it less of a pain to use.

Aeron from the Philippines was amazing! He deserves a raise!. I'm kinda a dumb blonde, lmao really just ditsy. He was so patient and helped me understand how to manage my devices and walked me through my problem so easily. He was truly great and I appreciate that. Last month they stole 0ver $92.00 off me and yet I could not get Netflix on either of my TVs or tablet. I was told on screen I had to subscribe so I did for $7.99 per month with commercials. They charged me $16.99 (no commercials) apparently my new subscription doesn't exist except for the fact that I can now watch Netflix. I don't like dealing with thieves so I canceled my subscription. They will probably charge me $7.99 for that subscription too!

I'm the pickiest person in the entire world when it comes down to selecting movies or series to watch on Netflix. Y'all saying or rating that RAISING DION was bad!? This was one of the best shows ever and the fact that whoever or whatever "fans" HAVE TO BE THE MOST $#*!ing dumb $#*!, mother $#*!ing idiots! Netflix is my go-to streaming network. The site is super user friendly. It will send me updates and new releases of either shows I've been watching or show it thinks I'd enjoy based off my history. It has my separate account, so I can watch my shows and it will hold my spot from where I left off. I use Netflix daily and it's extremely affordable. Since I got my Netflix account I shut off my cable. It has saved me so much money monthly. I definitely recommend Netflix.

Not worth it

I have been a member for years. When I phone them with a problem it is never resolved. I am lucky if I can understand the Netflix employee. The Netflix content has not improved.I only understand English and I can try all night to find a movie or a show that is in English and that I haven't already watched. Netflix is trying to force people to upgrade. I received no notification that their membership had changed yet I was told I can only use Netflix on one tv in my house with a basic membership. I used to be able to have it on two TVs. I'm deciding who I will be changing to and so are many other people. Netflix doesn't even deserve one star.

We pay a huge price just to be told who can use our app or watch our account! That SHOULD NOT BE UP TO NETFLIX! We pay for the damn app! It should be our decision who we want to use our app regardless of where they live. Unacceptable! Netflix needs to get a clue before they lose their clientele to another company. So pissed right now!
