Under no circumstances should you buy from this "company". It took almost 2 months for me to receive 1/3 of my order and I had ordered with priority shipping. Such a waste of time and money. I had reached to customer service multiple times and each and every time I have been told that my package was arriving all together. The item that I received is similar to a Shein quality -- stitching is quite literally coming out and the whole thing just looks tacky.

I think it is a very good company, with a fairly varied catalog and excellent quality products. They also have a fairly efficient and professional customer service. I am very happy to stay with the fashion and i regular use the visit their page and shop my favorite item. I always take positive information with other so that they can shop from your page. Your collection is so update and fashionable. I got me more fashionable for staying with you.It is very easy tho shop and i like to shop here very much.

I ordered a set that was cheaply made and a terrible fit. They have a return policy that is useless. Only after I tried going through PayPal for a refund did they respond but if PayPal wasn't involved, they'd ignore me. They sent me some trash return label and I would have to spend over $100 to ship it back to China. Very shady company, terrible customer service, do not waste your time. Also, a couple of the postive reviews that "emphasize the great customer service" are copy/pasted. What a joke.

This is very good items at an affordable price. Ordered the Aviana set and liked it so much. I also want to emphasize how satisfied I am with their customer service. I really recommend them 100%.

I sent an email to cancel the order because it was delayed. I received an email from them a week later saying they shipped it and can no longer cancel the order. After receiving the order, I filled out an online return form on their website and have emailed them five times asking how to return the item for a refund. Their website indicates hassle-free returns and 30-day postage paid returns. It has been a complete hassle and I am now going through PayPal to get a response from them and my refund.

DO NOT buy from them. Cheaply made, you won't get it for a month and what they call their sheer hosiery were actually just the bands of top fabric with no leg part. Thankfully, I paid via Paypal and they refunded my order because the company would NOT get back to me. They even went to lengths to block me on social media because I left a review on their cover image. Email was also blocked. They wouldn't offer a refund for my poorly made, not even completely made product.

DO NOT buy from them, go directly through Aliexpress or amazon and cut your losses.

Oh, they also told me after I paid that if I left a review and give proof- I did- that they would give a $10 rebate, which I also never saw. RED FLAGS ALL OVER THIS COMPANY!

Added images of their sheer seamed backed hosiery. It is embarrassing they thought this was ok. That is a band of very very cheap fabric. And the other image is just random of the pulls and seams coming apart.

Neithfashion, they work not only for fashion, but also for women's empowerment. This is why I have so much respect for the organization. I have shopped many times from Neithfashion. I am satisfied with the quality and price of their products. Their customer service is outstanding. Any problems of the customers they take very seriously. This is why I recommend Neithfashion to everyone.

My order came after months of waiting, only to receive it broken AND in the wrong size. I emailed customer service on three separate occasions and the person who replied to me was extremely rude and did not even consider issuing me a refund. Definitely do NOT recommend. Ever. To anyone.

I have purchased from Neithfashion twice already and I'm never disappointed. The fit of skirts and quality is exactly what has been advertised. Neithfashion is very professional and items arrive in a timely manner. I strongly suggest to purchase from them.

Any reviews on here that are positive are FAKE. Let me tell you I've sent multiple emails back and forth and the su toner service is none existent, the emails sent seemed automated, they won't answer any of your questions and good luck trying to get a refund. The sets I bought are awful quality and the one doesn't have the gems attached to the bra it's just strips of gems not attached to anything. The garter is two inches bigger then the garter recieved in the same size of the other set. "Aubrey" their representative is the one who's been emailing me back and forth telling me I need to fill out a return form so they can send me a new one. I've been sending multiple emails and I just want my money back but I've had absolutely no luck. Don't fall for this companies scams!

I absolutely love the lingerie at Neithfashion. They are all so sexy and different from other lingerie that I have ever seen. I will definitely be buying some and telling my friends.

The material is very cheap and there were fraying ends and rips with some fabric bits falling off. The gemstone chains were tangled and knotted, it took me forever to get them untangled and still can't get some strands to line up. The bra is a super awkward fit if you're more petite than busty.
I am overall so disappointed with the product quality and shipping speed. I ordered it on January 7th and didn't get the second part of my order(I was told they shipped together and I still haven't heard back from customer support after receiving only one item in the order) until nearly A MONTH later on February 3rd. They tried blaming the speed on USPS when in reality they didn't send out the order from the warehouse for 10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER placing the order. The priority shipping is a JOKE! So is the customer service, unless you're fine with getting no real response or help, for at least a week of bugging the chat person submitting requests to find out where my order was.
Cheap and a total ripoff!

Absolute awful experience. I purchased two lingerie pieces from this company. I spoke with a representative to ensure they would fit in size. The packages were supposed to be delivered with faster shipping within a week. It took almost a month to receive. Then I got them and the pieces were horribly cheap quality. The gems were fake and one cut my leg. The sizes did not fit me, even though I gave my representative my sizes. The material was very cheap and rough. So displeased with this order. The day I received the items, I emailed the company to return them. Filled out the Google Form they request in order to process a return. Their website states that returns are hassle-free, quick and easy- which it is anything but. I received these items mid-February. It's now March, 19th and I'm still fighting to get these items returned. Their customer service representative, Aubrey, takes a while to answer, even if I respond immediately to her emails at 3 am my time. She has been polite, but clearly does not care that the customer is dissatisfied and just wants our money. The website does not state that the customer must pay for the return. It hasn't been quick or easy, so I asked if the company would pay for it because of how much struggle I have been going through waiting for the package and waiting to return it, and the fact that I was unhappy with the items. She won't go to a higher up to get it approved and it's ridiculous that it is taking this long. It's not like I'm missing out on $10 either. I spent $63 on these items both the quality and the customer service are awful.

All of these positive reviews are fake from unverified purchasers. Ordering from this 'company' has been a complete waste of time and money. Please don't bother yourself trying to order anything from this company. I've contacted them on three separate occasions asking about the status of my order that was promised to be shipped over three weeks ago, and yet - NOTHING has happened, no status update, no shipment details, NO TRACKING. The chatbot 'Daphne' will just pump you full of positive information that is total garbage to get you off the chat in order to avoid you calling your CC company and filing them as fraudulent (as I will be tomorrow.) SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY AND SANITY AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered 2 different lingerie sets on december 27th that were supposed to be shipped shortly but it took more than a month to receive the first one. I could track the order cause it was "not found" and when i received it, it was super cheap quality and it wasn't what i ordered at all (like there was a diamond on the bra and panties that wasn't in the pictures?) it didn't fit it was not well made. I immediately filled the return form on their web site and a week later i still had no confirmation or news from them. I keep sending emails and they don't answer. I am still waiting on my second order that i will 100% return also cause it will be cheap.

First of all the garder set i got with my lingerie set feels like actual halloween contrite material. Second there were fuzzies flying everywhere when i opened the bag. For something that is originally $80 (on sale for $42.99) should be high quality no fuzzies no miss strains of fabric! When i asked for return and told them my issue they told me that it must have "slipped past" theyre quality measures HAHAHA no they order this $#*! from one of those bulk chinese websites and ship it to your house... not to mention i got an XL and it literally looks like a medium. Customer service is TERRIBLE as well... i got the form to return and it says you have to have your order in exsact packaging down to the plastic bag it comes in. After i told her i didn't have the PLASTIC BAG she told me i needed it for "verification purposes" but that's what my receipt is for LOL i asked why i needed the plastic bag because that's seems ridiculous this was 2 days ago and she just hasn't answered me at all. These people are a bunch of scammers DO NOT waste your money!
