I recently purchased a number of monogrammed graduation gifts from Royce through Neiman Marcus online. Royce's service was excellent. The products were quality in both material and monograms. I definitely will order again.

This store has to be the worst customer service and when you call they all give you different stories exactly stories and they claim to be a first class store I hope they go out of business maybe then they will understand

As a long time shopper at NM, I must say that they are the epitome of high end department stores. Their customer service, shipping and online site are awesome. All of my favorite brands can be found here. And when they have sales going on, you bet your bottom dollar I will be there to scoop up anything worth buying.

I had such a good luck to encounter Ms Basha Green at the Roosevelt Field Mall as I was buying an evening gown to attend a gala, Ms Green was so knowledgeable, so helpful, o customer oriented, she made me feel so special, she left me with the impression that this where you should come back at the time, definitely she is a great asset to your company

Today my daughter and I were looking for a rehearsal dinner, an after ceremony dress and a suit for myself. After having no luck in finding someone who wanted to help I ran into Daniel. He was very pleasant and he asked what we were looking for. He listened attentively and showed several outfits. He was very professional and didn't lose interest or dropped us when we couldn't find the size or color we wanted. He also tried to find us the item online but it wasn't available. I can't say enough... I had an issue with a perfume I purchased, it was from the Creed collection. The perfume was expensive and although it smells good on my friend, it smelled awful on me, it just didn't go with my chemistry. I went to a local Neiman Marcus and tried other perfumes from the creed Collection and found one that went well with my chemistry. I love that they did the exchange for me. My choice for me is Love in Black.

Yes things are more expensive there, but the service is excellent and you get what you pay for.

I prefer the service at Neiman Marcus to Nordstrom or Bloomingdale's. Maybe not quite as good at Barney's but still Neiman Marcus will always have a special place in my heart.

I shopped downtown at Neiman Marcus many times over a 20-year period in my last state. Then we moved to another state... the closest store is nearly three hours away so I have ordered online all the years we've lived here excluding two trips to their store when I knew I needed the items for a trip. Don't understand so many negative reviews because not once have I ever had a problem with them. Sometimes an item might have been delayed a day or two but they were right on it with updates and returns were handled with no problem. Sometimes you do have to wait for exchanges, etc. But have talked to customer service many times and not once was anyone rude. Sometimes your attitude and how you talk to them can set the tone for the outcome. And maybe many of you did experience poor service, bad reps, etc. but it just seems like people love jumping on the negative bandwagon. And I am sorry that sometimes the wrong employees might get hired. But Neiman Marcus is still a good store and my purpose is to say they have always done their job and treated me professional and courtesly and corrected anything that was not right. I just wanted to convey that positive response.

Professional, courteous, prompt customer service. The merchandise always arrives on time, in perfect condition. Easy exchanges, returns. Top quality product. Highly recommended. Neiman Marcus is the best shopping experience.
