The Needham Ink

This is the great manufacturing company that i ever seen in the UK. I am the member of ink distribution department in this company. They use the toll manufacturing process that was good enough to produce large production in limited period...

I don't advise having anything to do with the Needham group they care more about money than people's health and safety or the environment. They say they always pay above average for the work people do but most are on minimum wage, I worked there for the best part of two decades and because I was old they used to the pandemic as an excuse to sack me(aswell as others), I committed my life to them and they stamped on me like you used piece of tissue just proving they only see employees as a means to an end. People get ill constantly from all the toxic dangerous explosive chemicals involved in the manufacturing process but they don't care! They refuse to invest money to make the place a better place for the future always cutting corners and considering the company's been going since 1962 they still haven't got it sorted, the place is a toxic dump both psychologically and environmentally. Please don't have anything to do them with them they will turn on you like a pack of rabid dogs!
