I invested a lot of money in this company and everything was going good until I said I wanted to withdraw and all my money was gone. I paid 240,000 dollars, but they won't allow me to withdraw any of my money, i emailed them everyday but all to no avail. Stay away from them, once you put money in, you can't get it out. My experience; On October, 2022 I created an account with NDAX which worked and was verified because I wouldn't want a situation whereby they'd hold my money because of verification, I was able to move money into my NDAX using e-transfer for my first deposit which worked fine, when I made a second deposit in December using the same e-transfer it showed pending review for over two weeks nothing was done and all efforts to reach customer service was futile because Customer support, operations team and everyone else there does not respond to emails or answer the phone, Support line is busy 24 hours while the other lines go unanswered, or to voice mail, which is never returned and if anyone answered I you are asked to wait and no one talks again, which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional and it's a serious act of fraud, by January they had locked my account and I still could not get in touch with them, they gave not prior notice or emails or reasons, I reported to Authorities but seems ats a walk in the park for NDAX Scam as there's no help coming from anywhere, I sought legal counsel and findings revealed NDAX is not properly licensed to operate here and more like an unregulated company, I had to find a way to put pressure on them as they would be treated like an offshore exchange, I was sad during this time period and in my search for a way out, I came across an article about Almaxsolution that highlighted how they had helped others in a similar situation. I also found a local meetup group that had experienced similar issues with NDAX. Following their recommendation, I filed a dispute through Almaxsolution and they successfully forced NDAX to close my account and return all my 6500CAD initial deposit and the 15,000 which is being reviewed is set to be refunded in the coming week.

In my experience, NDAX is nothing more than a group of crooks who are out to swindle unsuspecting investors. If it weren't for the intervention I got, I would have lost everything to them. I would strongly advise anyone considering using NDAX to stay away. The platform is untrustworthy, and their practices are unethical. There are many other reputable and reliable exchanges out there.
