I enjoy using this website. They always return my calls in a timely manner and the results are always perfect.
Poor design/process for entering an order. Reading everything and was difficult the way the pages are formatted with the info.
Rich was quick to respond to emails.
Site would only allow me to have 3 items in my cart. Will now need to submit 2 separate orders.
Rich is very quick to follow up on emails, I like that.

This is my 2nd time and both times, the upload seems to work but then doesn't register the file as being uploaded.
Last time, I had to inquire and they got back to me saying they didn't have a file and I sent it via email.
I cannot share a good opinion as I just placed my first order and have not received anything yet. I will share once I see how quickly these ship and the quality. thank you
The site isn't incredibly intuitive. I don't really like that all of the quantities of the same product are on a different page of the site. I would rather find my product and be able to play around with details and watch the price change accordingly.
I kept getting hung up at checkout-nothing to tell me reason it was stuck. I did finally see one item and checked it and then it moved forward, but I had to figure it out.
I was struggling to get the credit card to run as I wasn't entering a company name. I am VERY happy.
Had a hard time figuring out what the SKU was for a product already ordered. There was not a description
The printing is lighter then previous order we placed with you,It's like you are low on ink.Other then that the job is okay.

I had the form I just needed to have it printed. The website was easy to follow, easy to upload and fast.
Ordered on a Friday and it shipped on Monday arriving on Friday. If all of my orders were that easy I'd be able to go home at 5:00pm Thank you
The website wouldn't let me check out with my business credit card, but it would let my pay with my paypal using the same credit card.
It would be nice if the name of the file that I'm reordering from was listed. That way, I could be confirm that I'm reordering the correct form. No big deal... everything else is fine. Thanks.
I tried to get into my account but no luck, also it did not send an email so that I could reset my password
Wish the system would show exactly what the order looked like with the graphics and numbering as is the same order as before
