I am very happy with the overall experience of purchasing with nbeads. It is easy to search for items without being shown totally irrelevant items. My order was processed quickly, packed well and arrived quickly. The postage seems expensive but the goods are such a good price that you should look at the overall cost. To me the end price including postage was still very good value. All the items I purchased were of good quality for the price I paid. I shall order again.
I ordered from them. They strung me along with lots of emails. Said they would refund my money. They have me store credit. So I ordered from them again with skepticism. Of course my order costs more than the first order. I received an email stating they received my order and payment. Now it's 11 days with no confirmation on shipment or tracking, just ziltch. My advice don't order from them

Package. I had a package that was lost by the USPS. The USPS emailed the
Claim back with lost mail, Nbeads has to file the claim. Nbeads sends
The packages insured but will not assist you one one way to file the
Claim so you can receive your money back or the merchandise.
I never received the order. It was stuck somewhere in Belgium according to the tracking. I was told to wait and wait and wait - eventually, I was offered store credit - and then blamed for having chosen a slow and unreliable shipping method! Since the shipping methods were offered by the seller one could also ask why they offer a slow and unreliable one. But, no it has to be the customer's fault. Needless to say, I am not going back there.,
I'M in my 7th order to this company. I'm from Canada, I pay in canadian money and the package returns to Canada. They entered the customs value in U.S. money, so I had to clear 22.82 more because of theire mistake. They refuse to admit and tell me that they are already giving us a privilege by letting us choose the amount entered in customs. Currently I'm trying to claim whit Paypal... we'll see what it will give.
Very bad customer service! Does not respond to emails if you have a problem with your order! Also they send coupons to people who post positive reviews here, so they basically pay their customers to post positive things! Its right on the website, I have attached a photo.
The item never arrived, you not getting your money back. Dont buy. Its very expensive and not arriving.
