They have you fill out a form for printed checks. THREE TIMES they delivered checks that were printed incorrectly. Each time they charged me for the checks and would not accept responsibility. Spoke to the manager who would do nothing about their error,
so the account was closed. Cost me a couple hundred dollars to find out what a lousy company the National Bank of Arizona is!
