I have used its products now and then for perhaps 20 years plus to over 30 years on and off. I have not bought its products directly, but I got them from various vendors such as Costco, Swanson Vitamins, etc. overall, the quality seems good, the prices are about mid range compared to its peers selling essentially the same supplements. I have heard of no complaint about it from my circle of acquaintances and relatives.
I have been using Nature Made - adult gummies for years... I loved them. Over the past few months I purchased two and the smell and taste was unbearable! When I reported this to them, it was like what did I do wrong to create this stink... I asked for them to contact me when they found out why this product had a god awful taste and smell, no response. I am very disappointed and will never purchased any of their products again... I did receive a refund- but no verbal or written answer. Jeanette Post

There so garbage no potency I threw away over 100$ in product I should've never bought so much in one time yet I thought they was trustworthy.

I will not swallow anything from China as they have no quality control, no Food and Drug Administration, no Dept of Agriculture inspectors. There have been many reports of babies poisoned& killed by bad formula there, and dogs & cats murdered in the USA from pet food from China.

If the actual nutrient I was trying to buy was actually in the pill. Joke it's a joke
I have been acquiring points for purchases i made and i get $7 vouchers which i can use in any store. Its a good way of rewarding customers.
This is an amazing company with really caring staff. And especially for me now. Because my money is in a bad way. And they never up sell me. And they even make suggestion's have you ever thought of this? And they have very good hours. And I even have my personal personal. When I call.
