October 26,2020 Searchberg Review and Complaints I have written a single ebook, Native American Reconnaissance, and needed social media marketing expertise. I contacted Searchberg because they have a great website with plenty of glitz and lots of promises. In retrospect, I now realize that after 4 or 5 months there were little or no results that I should have moved on. But Searchberg is very clever about keeping the customer engaged with promises of next week or next month there will be the promised results. They assured me that they were doing a great job and that it takes time for a marketing campaign to be effective. Almost like professional telemarketers. Bottom line is that I invested over $3,000 and got a total return of $150 for investment of time and money. The very slow and delayed communications are based on their time-tested format to keep the customer engaged while the mounting costs are charged each month. When I complained that the results were not acceptable, Searchberg would give me a price reduction on some marketing activity to keep me engaged. This method of operation is very effective because the customer has already invested substantial time and money. I do not want to spend too much time bashing Searchberg because wallowing in negativity is not going to get my money back. I did contact them about some form of restitution but as expected there was no response. The reason that I am taking this course of action is that I don't want anyone else to get fleeced by having my dismal and disappointing experience. George Russell
