Claim Your BusinessEvery one was supper helpful and nice. My soon liked his glasses and had no problems with them. The place was very clean and smelled great we definitely will be going back.
The customer service there is really unprofessional. I went in with my 7 year old son to pick out new glasses, in the process of being helped the front desk worker was very rude about my paper work. The front desk kept calling me back to the front desk for things she already had in the paper work. As I walked away, they laughed. The whole aroma in that place was so off. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, come to find out they one of those were not the ones I originally wanted. I then give nationwide a call, they tell me to come in and they'll assist me. I go in, they ask what I need and it was like more of a hassle to help me exchange them. The whole time I'm getting it exchanged nothing is being explained on the process, or not even am "I'm sorry for this mistake" after getting my refund and correcting the paperwork I then ask just to be sure "The other pair of glasses is still on there, correct? Just an exchange for the ray bans" and she gets upset and says "excuse me?!" And I explained the other glasses are there and just doing the exchange for the other glasses, and I show her the receipt and then she corrects her attitude. I say thank you and walk out, she doesn't say a word. Overall this place can be great because I've been to other places, but the one in Tucson, Az. Location: 1785 W Valencia Rd is NOT it.

Office manager ask me if I like the photo gray/transitions type lens. I respond that I wish they got darker. Office manager does not order on new glasses and when I asked what I was getting, she got angry. Says didn't order transitions/photo gray because I said I didn't like. I never said any such thing. I said I wish they got darker. Lousy listening skills. Lousy skills to get the customer what they want or what is best for them.
While waiting for the correct glasses to be made I went back to the store to get my everyday glasses adjusted. This same office manager refused to help me. I left after waiting over an hour. I went back again the following week to be treated the same by this office manager.
Best part is the eye DR at this location is a friend of my brother in law.
Every one was supper helpful and nice. My soon liked his glasses and had no problems with them. The place was very clean and smelled great we definitely will be going back.
