We had some more external Zip Blinds fitted to provide shade in the hottest months. The blinds are just perfect for our needs, and are so neat against the windows but can still be seen through from inside. They were fitted as planned and at our convenience, and the follow ups from the office give me confidence that they will be there to help if we get any problems. Highly recommend this company.
NATIONWIDE; meaning, extending or reaching throughout a whole nation, or throughout the whole nation. Funny, when I contacted the business from the UK for information the response was, Thank you for your recent enquiry however, we are very sorry but we do not provide a service in your area. Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you on this occasion. Maybe they need a name change to Nationwide, but not all of it.
Delayed construction. Phoned on morning of 1st schelduled installation to say installers were not coming. Quickly re-sceduled for next day by different installation team. These guys were very helpful and efficient although there must have been a measurement error, resulting in top of garage door catching the framework which stopped this door from being opened. Quickly rectified.
On reflection, only time will tell if this was a good buy. At the moment, it appears that this is a very expensive way to achieve what we wanted. Middle of winter is not a good time to comment. We shall see!
Conservatory blind was easy to buy and the installation was on time and professionally done. It works well but we will have to wait for summer weather to benefit from its full potential. The blind appears to be very good quality but we think that the price was quite high.

All completed on time although 2 panels needed replacing this was completed within 10 days with no problems looks great

The workmanship and actual veranda were very good. The fitters turned up on time and were diligent in their work. The final product looks very good and smart. We were disappointed in the sales and quotation process. The area representative came to site and viewed the location and discussed with us what we required and then gave us a quotation, which we accepted in writing. However when it came to the survey visit we were told that the veranda had to be bigger and so the price increased. Hidden away in all the words was a paragraph that said that the reps quote was only provisional quotation subject to survey. We were told that this rarely happens but it did on this occasions. They did share some of the additional cost with us but we still were left feeling that as it was not our error then they should have stood by their original quotation.

Just needs a few finishing touches to make it water proof as veranda ends are open with a gap. Besides that good reliable service, on time.

All went very well with sales, measuring and installation. My only point is that the current advert says interest free credit. Which is not strictly true if you are over 70 years of age. Age discrimination

Friendly service from all staff including the installers. All very helpful. Installation was quicker than expected too, which was great but I would like to feedback that an 'order progress' email/communication could be improved as I called to check on progress and was then told it would be quicker than originally quoted.

The downside of the mixed experience was the news that the final estimate was £500 more than the informal quote,We resolved this before the work was done. But it came as a nasty shock. I also felt that the drainage system, simple though it is, could have been explained better. The upside was that Wayne and Steve, who came to put the structure up, were on time and were both pleasant and professional. I am pleased with the result.

The end piece fell off in first fortnight. I reported it and waited 3 weeks for replacement. I was told it would be done on a certain date when I was due to go out in afternoon. I said please come before 1pm.At 1.55 I phoned HQ to say cancel visit as I am going out now and was told they were in area. I delayed leaving and let them into garden and left them doing the repair.
I was annoyed that they came at the wrong time but the job seems to be ok and they closed up the premises for me.

All in all a very good experience from sales to installation. The only thing that let it down a bit was the confusion around paperwork. I took the interest free finance option. What should have been signed when and by whom wasn't clear. Love the awning.

Good all rounder team shame that they did not have a jig saw to cut around stench pipe 110mm but got the job done, I have an issue with the power wires can be seen above the so called clear pvc roof.
The lights are not bright when on full power?9 need to be phoned to discus this issue.

The whole team were helpful throughout. They took notice of our requests and gave good advice when needed. We were especially pleased with the installation team who were pleasant, gave us helpful suggestions and left it all neat and tidy. Altogether an excellent experience.
A very smooth process from initial discussions with the salesman, a visit from the surveyor to follow and then the wait for fitting - slightly longer than we hoped as Christmas and New Year intervened! The fitters were very professional speedy and tidy and we are delighted with the result. We are looking forward to warmer weather so we can sit outside under our lovely new veranda.

As our patio faces South we initially bought a large umbrella to shield us from the sun, however it was difficult to move and was prone to blow over so we decided to invest in an awning. The whole operation was professionally carried out and we are pleased with the final product.
Nationwide veranda fitted to our home in Yorkshire will keep the rain off and let us enjoy the outside when it rains! Bit of a delay to start with, took it as a good sign that they had plenty of business. They kept us informed. Sales guy was pleasant & not too pushy which we liked. The 3 installers did a good job and cleared up well when they finished. Fitted a couple of months ago, looking great so far - recommend
This was our second shutter to be fitted. Same good service as last time. The shutters provide security and privacy.

Installation was very quick despite the overall size. The team were very organised, very pleasant. They left absolutely not mess. The finished product looks fantastic. Highly recommend them as everything went to plan, and yes there were a few minor issues which they encountered while installing but the team kept me informed all the way through so I knew what was going on.
We used Nationwide to install a Veranda, the end result is fantastic, although i would like to say that the salesman was a bit old school and just wanted to get the sale done and told us some things that later turned out to be untrue, the surveyor was a lot better, honest and straight forward and helped clear things up although it cost us. Overall please with the result but sales need to stop the, "this is the best deal to sign up no" routine as it so old hat
