Two engineers turned up to erected our new veranda, the weather was s as appalling rain and more rain but they just carried on.
They were skilled clean and tidy in their work

We've had problems with solar gain on a large west facing window for years. I was so delighted to hear about the possibiity of a zip screen and it's been a real pleasure to deal with Nationwide about it. We had excellent service throughout---an initial quote based just on some photos and a description, a very clear and helpful survey, and then the installation of the product itself. The installation was all done in a half day (for three screens) and both the service itself and the installed product exceeded my expectations. We now have a very discreet solution---you can hardly see it at all when the screens are up, and when they are down they look very good and they cut out all that glare and heat we had previously, while still allowing us to see out! It was all excellent value, much better than I'd expected when starting on the project, and (I should say) a considerably better price than the other quote we got, for what is clearly a first rate product; it works perfectly and is very easy to use; and i'm confident that in the unlikely event that there are any snags down the line they will all be sorted out. I strongly recommend this company and this product! Thank you so much.

Their 'experts' measured my awnings incorrectly 3 times, 3 months late, countless hassle and threatening behaviour. I sincerely wish I had never had anything to do with this company.
We are very disappointed you have felt the need to leave this factually incorrect review as we have spent considerable time discussing the issues with you and working hard to resolve them. Whilst the first awning was installed on time, the installation of your 2nd awning was 6 weeks later due to human error, which we sincerely apologised for and a financial gesture of goodwill was provided. We understand errors are frustrating for our customer, however, we worked with our supplier to minimise the delay and complete your contract in the shortest time possible.
As a business we work hard to ensure all customers receive the highest level of customer service and am very sorry you feel the way you do. However the allegation that our staff behaved with thuggish and threatening behaviour is simply not true and your interpretation of what actually happened is factually incorrect.
We do hope that, despite your negative feelings towards us, you can continue to enjoy your products for many years to come.

Having decided to look for an electronically operated canopy awning, we approached several companies advertising on line.
Nationwide were the quickest to respond and whilst not necessarily the cheapest seemed to be very professional and competitive.
We spoke at length to James who was honest and open about their products and also how they compared to other products on the market, both in terms of specifications, choice and price.
We visited their showroom in Wareham twice to make the choice on fabric and style (would recommend this is essential).
After we made our choice an on site survey was arranged to check pre production and installation issues. The surveyor made several useful suggestions and we actually changed the canopy style slightly to one which was more suitable for our property in terms of overall size and projection.
There was quite a long production time due to all the Covid issues but this was actually improved upon and the canopy was installed quickly and efficiently and looks great - we're looking forward to using it as soon as Spring arrives.
All in all a very good, professional and friendly service from Nationwide thank you.

Professional survey, really knew what he was talking about more than others and called it right first time re the awning attachments which saved time. The 0% finance really sealed it for me.
