Quick and easy to book a flight. The price didn't change after you put in all your credit card info like most sites do. Price stayed tge same. Very please with this app so far. Will use it in the future.

Quick and easy throughout the process. When the selection listed give airline a seat preference for window or isle, there was no listing of a price associated (other choices had fees visible). At checkout there was no final price given before confirmation. After finalizing the purchase, then I saw a $90 fee for requesting a window seat without any actual seat assignment. Thankfully I called and was able to be assured they would refund that $90 within 48 hours.

I initially gave a 3-star rating, and explained my issue regarding the seat choice fee. I received a very friendly call from Lauren, one of the managers, who listened to my concerns and promised to have her team review the website for clarity of the problem. She also provided pre-assigned seating for me and my husband, with no service charge. She was very helpful and kind.
So far so good. Once we check in I can provide more feedback on the overall experience with Travelup.

Seems awesome so far. So long as my trip goes off without a hitch I will be using this service again.
I started to purchase ticket for 3 pax as I found Oojo offer cheapest. My bank denied the payment because the daily transaction limit less than the ticket price. It is due to the original price is in US$ and my account is in MYR. Bank initially estimate little bit high conversion rate. But the sales office prepare new quotation for pay with another card. Good thing is that they hold the initial price for 15 hours although the price increased.

I engaged TravelUp via a multi-cite venue. The price was quite enticing. Then I found out that the hotel stay needed to be paid a week before my arrival. This seemed quite fishy to me. I verified a room was reserved for me and assumed everything was being handled appropriately. In the end, everything was perfect. Their website was a bit out of kilter when I tried to pay, but ultimately all problems were resolved. Will I use them again? Yes... if the price is right.

This is my first time to try ASAP Tickets for online booking. I cant help but be amazed by the agent that handled my queries. He was very patient and accommodating to my requests and concerns. He's name is Olympus and he was simply Awesome! Communication was great and he would get back to me right away if there was any concerns. Will definitely recommend him in the future to my family and friends travel plans.
Olympus, the agent, made me feel comfortable and he would constantly follow up and make sure that the dates will work for my travel plans. Human interaction was indeed a great factor compared to just plain online booking wherein you immediately get the answers to your questions right away.
Olympus was able to book my flight schedule within my time frame and budget allocation. He also explained the necessities of having luggage insurance especially if multi city connecting flights
