It is up to each individual to perform due diligence before you give money to an online company and anyone else, for that matter. Of course, I did not, and am left without anything. Being on a fixed income, that kind of stings. I thought maybe the fact that I live in a state which does not recognize this company, they would be considerate. But of course not. The agent reminded me that the FINE PRINT states there is no refund. There sure is not. Just be careful Folks.
