Nastydress looks like a modern cloth-shopping website, the orientation is easy. You can find fashionable clothing for man and woman. The quality of the products compared to these low-prices is excellent. Fast and trustworthy shipping, nice and helpful customer support. Not many cloth-shops have fancy dresses in big sizes, but this one does have them. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

After waiting 7 months for delivery i finally got in touch with nasty dress. They have said that because it has been longer than 3 months they won't refund my money. They have actually written this to me

"As we have shipped your order on Feb. 15th, this 3 months time period has unfortunately passed. We therefore cannot offer any compensation in this case. "

If the pracel had been shipped then i would be ok- but it hasn't.

Not happy at all. I would not recommend buying from these guys

Do not order from this company. This Chinese company is not reliable. I ordered and paid for an item last Nov 2016. It never arrived. The confirmation email originally said the shipping would take up to 3 weeks. So I didn't worry about it for a while, but after a month and it still didn't arrive it, so I contacted the company by filing several reports online. No responses! It has been almost two months since they took my money.

Got long one for my mum. They got measurements completely wrong, doesn't even slightly fit and cheapest nastiest material ever. No lining and bad stitching! Gutted! Waste of money completely. Only fit for the bin!

Do not order from this site they're clothes are cheap and nasty and completely different from the picture on the site. The delivery time is horrendous too. Steer clear!

My package never arrived, customer service keep promising,
This is a internet scamp.
Luckily I paied with PayPal, and I was able to get refund.
Do not do not trust this site, stay away from this site.
They post beautiful pictures and great price.
Do not fall for their advertisement.
Very dis appointment.

Ordered 3 items and received them this morning. I am convinced a blind person has been let loose with a sewing machine and bits of material. The items are nothing like advertised! Where do these people get off advertising products and send you something totally abnormal! Disgraceful! I know they are cheap but $#*! me, should they not send you something that resembles what's been ordered... I don't even want to rate this site but it won't let me post otherwise!

SMH... all I can say is DITTO on all the complaints that have gone forth thus far. This company is horrible to say the least. I ordered 3 items roughly a month ago. I did receive 1 item that resembled a clown costume and was suppose to be a v neck jumpsuit with cut out sleeves, not only did it resemble a costume, I could not wear it because the size was ridiculously small for a 3x, couldn't get it past my knees and I am not that large of a woman I am a size 16 - size 18, i purchased it a size up thinking i was making up for the possibility of it running small because of the price. Not only that i just dropped off the item at the post office to find that i had to pay 16.00 to return a 17.00 item... hah! Yes now you get my title FOOL. I emailed the company to let them know i returned their product with the expectation of receiving a refund for both post office cost and the item. I have yet to hear back from them and at this point, I probably wont. I do know that should the other two items arrive they will be returned un opened so as to not have to pay for the postal service but I will be emailing again to alert them of my desire to receive my refund ASAP.

I ordered 8 items. I recieved 3 in one shipment and another shipment said delivered. I never recieved them. The order ticket page wont submit. So I lost 5 items. OVER IT! Never use again. #stayway

Complete Thieving Con-Artists!
A whole month after I placed my order and it still has not been despatched, no response at all to my many complaints. They have stolen my money and, going by all of these other reviews, thousands of others, PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
How are companies like this allowed to get away with it!

I ORDERED A COUPLE THINGS ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT HALF THE STUFF I ORDERED THEY DID NOT HAVE. IT TOOK FOREVER to get my shipment when it finally arrived I was very unhappy don't let the pictures fool you. By the way I'm still waiting on my REFUND.

I placed a order for a cute little dress that I saw on this website... I placed the order on Jan 14th 2016 and have yet to receive it, I inquired about my item and they gave me a ticket number and I still haven't received my item and its now feb 9th. Now I'm on their website and they have a message that they are closed from feb 6th to feb 12th... really? Never ever will I order from this place plus they sent me a picture of the item in its package sitting on top of somebody's purse and computer keyboard... how unprofessional. What kind of place is this?

If I could put not start I'll do it. They don't deserve any stars. The clothes it's extremely cheap. There's no number to call. They took 2 months to send my complete order. I try to cancel they ignore my emails. I trow almost 100 $ to the trash. Don't loss your money and time don't order anything in that website, I can't even give it away the clothes cause the material has so poor quality that it's embarrassing

I placed an order for 2 bathing suits February 9/16. I was charged instantly and they have been stuck in Bejing since February 14/16. Unreal! I was told 10-25 business days for delivery. It is now March 9/16. Why stuck in Bejing for almost a month? I inquired and they now tell me to wait until at least April 5/16. What a joke. Never Order from them! I also read all these reviews and not impressed at all! Why advertise your products on so many sites when your nothing but a joke!

I ordered a blouse that did not arrive to the dimensions advertised, Customer Service did not respond at all. I submitted a formal complaint about this already. I ordered an XL blouse which according to their site is supposed to have a 38" bust and be 27" long. Included with my complaint were photos of me measuring the actual bust and length of the blouse that arrived, the bust is a 32" and the blouse is 24" long. I wanted to return this item for a full immediate refund. I filled out all of their customer complaint forms and never received any response, they also do not have a working telephone number. What they do have is endless email response automations.

The only way I got a response was when I let them know I had contacted the Better Business Bureau. And that they would be the next people they hear from. THEN they made an effort to contact me with some sort of resolve to issue me a refund and I keep the horrifically defective product. These people are garbage, and a scam at best. Save youself the stress, I wish I could give them so many negative stars that they would owe me stars.

Bought shower curtain JJ************** from Nastydress on 3/12/2016. In January 2017 they promised by email it was coming by boat! 4 months later it's still a no show. Have I been scammed? Apparently not. They reimbursed me the full amount to PAYPAL 4 MONTHS LATER. I guess the cost to ship to me wasn't worth sending it. Waste of my time. So disappointed. They claim the shipping company lost it.

I ordered a dress for an event over a month ago and it still hasn't shipped out. I started a ticket and asked when it would be shipped. They were sold out of the item I purchased but let me purchase it anyways. I am getting the runaround for a refund. They want me to purchase something else. After reading everyone else's reviews on how cheap everything is made and knowing it won't ship I don't want anything else. I just want my money back. Looks like I just threw $30 out the window. Please save yourself the trouble and don't order from this company!

I wish I would've seen these reviews before I made a purchase order! I ordered my items about 2 weeks ago and I also ordered from other sights that same day have gotten my other pieces and still nothing from nasty dress.com! Reading these comments make me worried I'll never get them! Smh:-/

$#*!ty, Cheap, Too Small clothing, Took Forever to receive, won't refund, horrible customer service! Took money immediately and a month later waiting for shipment! Contacted about fact dress had NO ARM HOLES and was told it wasn't in my order! What a joke... effing aholes

Ordered adult jeans and dresses. Jeans would have fit a child or an adult with extremely short, skeletal legs. Dresses- sizes ok but material terrible. Sent all back as per instructions following raising a ticket and numerous backwards and forwards. This was over 6 weeks ago now. STILL AWAITING MY REFUND. No response to further tickets raised as they closed my existing ticket.

I put an order in on November 28. Paid the extra money for it to be expedited. They sent an email saying they shipped my stuff but when I called DHL to track the package they haven't received anything! They only thing done was the label was printed! Horrible company! I've put in tickets to find out why is still isn't shipped and still no response!

DO not order anything from them. The sizes were ridiculous, not even close to what they said they would be. Material was cheap, refund is a waste of time, cause shipping it back is far to expensive. Although their customer service was fine, it was $#*!ty products and just way to risky. Dont Bother

I wrote a review on the website and they will not list it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE. The quality was poor on all the clothing, material thin and see through. Did not look anything like the clothing advertised. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Scam alert!

Hello I've order a dress from nastydress.com, on 29th August 2015... We are now on the 29th November 2015, it has been 3 months... I still didn't receive anything, the only thing I received was the email of the company when I purchase the dress and when I log into the website I can see the purchase history, the dress I've ordered it still says "shipping out", however I checked my bank stament and they have took the payment out, I have no idea what to do I never had this issue before It was my first time purchasing a dress from that website, how do I get in touch with a manager? I'm sure it doesn't take 3 moths to ship out a dress... does it? Please help?
