Still waiting on my delivery, my MoneyGram payment has been collected at there end but they still wont confirm they have the payment after 3 weeks, third time ordering and to be fair this is the first issue but getting worried now...
Took over a week for the product to be shipped. Had spent $60 for the advanced shipping. They were polite, but didn't offer me any discount on the shipping or any discount for the future. Great quality and well packaged. Ordered again and hoping this doesn't happen again!
I received half of my order and was very satisfied! They said my other part of my order was shipped separately. Two weeks later they said it was shipped back to them because of problem with customs and to give them a new address. I gave them a new address to ship to. Then they said they canceled the order and were going to redeem me the $664 all i needed to do was reorder it. Now they want lab tests. I cant even log into the site with my email even with the new password they sent me. I have many ticket #"s. I seem to be getting nowhere. I am new customer and was referred by someone that has ordered from them for years. I need help! I want to continue business!
Site was amazing. Bought sus 250 and minstrel oral from dragon pharma, and everything came out to only 180 ( enough stuff for two people), only reason it got 4 stars because it took about 6-7 weeks from time of payment
Ordered from them several times. And every time the order came painfully late ( a month and a half or more after they received the payment). I think they have people rate and review for them so they look good in reviews but I have never had good experience with them. However, their products are OK ( meaning their not poison) but I get better gear and much better service elsewhere. It's your money and time and, time is worth money, so research and find the better suppliers because this one sucks.

The shipping price is very reasonable for international and it always arrived before the estimated delivery date. I truly stand strong with this company!

Customer service is not helpful they copy n paste the same answers and avoid the question i ordered on February 19 and still have not receive. The tracking is fraud been saying the same thing since March 1st with no movement
I had items seized by Custom's. At the time I was mad at Customs but took it out on Napsgear. They worked with me despite my poor attitude, reshipped and I received my package in 11 days! This says a lot about Napsgear and how important customer satisfaction is to them. I have done plenty of purchases with Naps in the past with zero problems but this sealed the deal, they have a customer for life!
They sent my order to the wrong address and are refusing to reship my order! I have even contacted the local post office and they told me exactly the address it went to and was refused because I no longer worked there which was not the address that I had for a delivery address on my order! Will never buy from them again and I know a lot of other people that will go somewhere else as well because of this!
