NameHero has been a wonderful host since day one. Their support team is so incredibly helpful to newbies when learning their system. They step in with recommendations when needed. My overall experience has been great, and the LiteSpeed servers are amazingly fast as well, helping out with so much. Highly recommended after going through a handful of other competitors first. I've been through hosting with lots of competitors, including GoDaddy, HostMonster, HostGator, Siteground, and IONOS.

Excellent service. Quick and expedited transaction. Very affordable and I am super excited. I'll be looking to upgrade in the near future.

I could start using the web hosting right after the purchase and I didn't face any problem yet. It's working just fine.

Any issues and you hear back (from tickets) within about an hour, even on weekends. And get positive action. And a personal response.
(As a contrast, hosting firm I used before took at least a day to respond, and then it was copy/paste and often useless).

There's no question left unanswered in Ryan's reseller hosting 101 course. I don't come from a web developer/IT background but I was able to grasp his concepts. He broke lessons down into bite-sized pieces. I like that because im a slower learner who prefers visual & audio content so watching the video tutorials was perfect. Wish I had saw his course before I got a competitor's software. Hopefully I can change providers next year!

Name Hero helped me move my files from one another to another. I would normally be charged but they would an easier way to do it by a new tool in Cpanel in beta and did it at no cost. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Normally I can't remember customer service reps, but these have helped me a lot during my process of getting everything working correctly if anything came up. Thanks to Josh, Sam, Aaron, Adam, and others.

The best support there was only one issue that was not able to be resolved. (SNI) on wildcard domain with error 421 misdirected issue. The question was does Nginx have the same 421 misdirected issue as Apache? Can't ask my customers to keep clearing their cash when they come to the main site to put in a ticket and then go back to their site only to get a 421 misdirected cookie error.
Other than that issue the support is fantastic.

Best support/tutorial structure I've seen. I appreciate the commitment to educating and guiding your customers. I'm still getting my business administration/licenses/filings in order so I'm not ready for prime time just yet. I'll be poking around my site getting things set up for my launch. Very straightforward process, I've made some mistakes during the process though but totally my fault.

On my third year with namehero and this is by far the best experience I've had with a host. I might not be the most knowledgeable website designer, but the team at namehero really makes me feel like I know it all! Answers to support tickets in minutes. The hosting packages are top rate and costs are reasonable! Highly recommend the team here if you need hosting!

I purchased the corporate reseller package. I like the product much better than others I see offered elsewhere. The servers are extremely fast, and everything came with SSL from the very start so my data was secure at all times. The instructional videos were top-notch, and allowed me to get up and running very quickly without a bunch of guesswork. And the price is a bargain - though not bargain basement - in consideration of the entire package. Remember the adage that, "you get what you pay for".
