One "point" off because the relationship between "domain name privacy" and WhoIs Guard was not clear without looking at the WIG page.

Entering domain contacts and billing info could've been a bit simpler. Needed to edit billing info, tried to charge, received an error, it cleared billing details, had to re-enter. Not a huge issue but time wasted. Overall pretty good, thanks

Because of the use of navigation of the site, lack of clutter, FREE DOMAIN PRIVACY!! and lack of hideous upsell methods such as GoDaddy.com

Too early to know much yet. Tried to purchase two domains but could only buy one. Going back now to see if I can purchase a second one.

In the registration process, I wasn't sure how if and how my currently owned domain will be transferred to Namecheap.

Your directions were fairly clear. Your chat service was excellent. My site is under "reconstruction" right now, but I'll probably be trying out your hosting service. I've had very bad experiences with previous domain/hosting service. They sound great at the start, then go downhill. So I'm hoping NameCheap will be a better experience ongoing. Many thanks.

I'm liking the experience so far, and was looking to get away from GoDaddy. And steps to follow that on your site and some blogs online were very easy. Hopefully it goes easy for the rest of it!

It was confusing to be given the option to use a discount coupon (SAVEONDOMS) but not having it make any difference in the final price. I understand that the price is already discounted, however it was not clear that a coupon would not be applicable in such a case.
It was also a little confusing trying to make sure that I wouldn't have recurring automatic payments after this purchase. After already having unchecked the relevant checkbox, there was a point where I was shown which items of my purchase are eligible for recurring billing. I was about to check them thinking that they should be checked for the actual purchase but it took me a while to understand that they did not need to be checked and they are referring to something I have already unchecked before.
In other terms I was very satisfied with the purchase and if the handling of the domain goes smoothly I would recommend this service to others.

Value = Quality/Price. I got the domain I wanted cheaper than I could find it anywhere elese. Thats value. Plus it was super easy to boot.

Easy to use just which you would go into more detail as to the other options you are offering like positve ssl. For us newbies that have to background in web development it took me a couple minutes to find out what all these new terms meant.

Issues with 2 emails that were valid but your site showed them as invalid. Customer support couldn't help much except tell me to keep trying different emails. Luckily one worked.

I did a bunch of research on different domain registering services and namecheap kept coming up as having reasonable prices, a good interface and good customer service. Thank you so much.
