I'm a regular customer of namastetics and I find that their customer service is always excellent. I ordered some leggings the other day that turned out to be faulty and they were quick to replace them for me. Their team always go above and beyond when trying to help you which is really nice considering so many other customer service teams give you every excuse under the sun and make everything seem your fault. Thank you :)

I attempted to resolve this by emailing the company as directed and they didn't reply. It's been 3 weeks and multiple follow ups with no acknowledgement so now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company for false advertising. Scammy company, avoid it.
I purchased items and was charged $147 but my order never arrived. I've reached out 5 times via email on their page and sent a direct email with my receipt and order number but I have not received anything. They haven't even had the courtesy of responding to give an update. They just took my money. Beware of this clothing company and site.

Terrible material, awkwardly shaped not ideal for anyone's actual body shape. I'm not a stick but I'm not thick either and these were the most awkward fit of bottoms I've ever tried on in my life! And I can only exchange so I tried a different type and had the same issues. I came down with a cold and couldn't return in time to see about the tops so now I'm stuck with bottoms that no one can wear out of the house. They outline the crotch area -____-

I ordered a pair of pants that cost 100 CAD I wore them once and the lining had torn and there were two holes on my butt!
They made me pay for shipping to send back the pants (Cost me 40 CAD) in order to get a refund for the pants. They gave me 25% off hoping I would repurchase their cheap material, and gave me no refund on the shipping fee. Which I dont understand why I needed to pay when I sent them pictures.
Great design but horrible customer appreciation and quality.
They are potentially the worst site when it comes to returns! They have all their items on sale just over 30% and conveniently have a return policy where items over 30% off cant be returned! In addition the pictures on their site don't match the color of the items you receive! Alot of other better options out there! AVOID!

Terrible service advertising not true at all! No product ever sent and when requested refund they state "if ever approved " Total bull $#*!! Shop elsewhere!
Ended up taking a risk and paying about $75 CAD for one pair of genie pants. I hadn't seen the reviews here until it was too late. They took over a month to get here which I attributed to covid and the borders being closed. Whatever, that's fine.
The pants got here and they are constructed so poorly I probably won't wear them out of the house. The seams pucker in such weird and obvious places and the material is almost see through. Like someone else said, they also claim to be made in the US but the inside of the pants clearly say made in China. Namastetics have deleted my comments on instagram and my reviews on their website. I'm mad that I wasted my money and will think again before I buy from an instagram ad.
Ordered 3 t-shirts in May. When they did not arrive, I began emailing customer service with very little success. In July, 2 of the 3 shirts showed up. I asked for the third. They insisted a take pictures of the shirts I received before they would look into the third shirt. I complied. They said they'd send me the third shirt. I wanted a refund, they refused. Still have not received the shirt as of Sept 1. Latest response indicates they are out of the shirts and it will be delayed again. Demanding a refund, but they are not responding.
Its been literally more than a month i have placed an order. After that i got confirmation email with order number.
They haven't even shippied it And no updates after that.
I know its covid time but it cant take more thn a month to ship the order. I don't recommend ordering from them.

Never received the leggings I ordered was advised by the shipping company to contact Namastetics so they could investigate the issue after multiple emails they have never gotten back to me! No replacement no refund no contact nothing. My advice is to buy leggings from other fantastic and reputable businesses!

I place an order OVER 60 days ago, they charged my credit card and to this day I have still not received any product. They say they are made in the US - they are NOT. The last update I received from them regarding the status of my order was that the items were custom made each order (NOT TRUE) and they were coming from China. Every two weeks they just say my order has been processed and its on its way.
I had ordered a shirt and yoga pants, which took almost two months to come. Once they did it was too hot to wear the pants so I put them away. Today I put them on for the first time only to find the inside seam on the leg was not even sewn together. They are way overpriced and of low quality. Do not waste your money...

I was so excited about the T-shirt that I ordered, but I accidentally ordered a medium instead of a large T-shirt. I sent a message to Customerservice asking them to change the size. They replied to my message 25 days later, saying that the shirt was custom-made to my order and that it had already been shipped. I spent $25 on a shirt that I can't even wear and can't even return it because of their return policy!
I ordered five items. One of the items I ordered in two sizes, so I wanted to return the one that didn't fit. So, I received an email ASKING IF I DIDT WANT TO EXCHANGE FOR SOMETHING ELSE. So I kindly responded no thank you, that I had ordered two, and also kept four others. Two weeks later received an email that the item was worn and they will only give me store credit. COMPLETE ****! It was NOT worn! Worst online experience I've ever had! STAY AWAY! (Sitejabber was unable to process my screenshot for proof)

They sent the WRONG ITEM not the wrong size, which makes it impossible to return. Spent WEEKS waiting for emails back just for them to tell me they can't fulfill my original order. Absolute robbery. Will never be ordering from them again and recommend you do the same.
I placed an order for 5 tshirts. When I hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation after 3 weeks, I emailed Customer Service but got no response. I then called and was told it might be another 2 weeks. I explained that I would be leaving the country for an extended time and asked to cancel the order. They refused to cancel and eventually sent the order, which I had to have a neighbor pick up and return. Disputing with credit card company and now they keep sending me emails asking me to lift the dispute because "they sent the items." This is some of the worst service I have received in retail.
The material is thin and will not last long. It came with some discoloration on on of the legs so I reached it to customer service to ask to return them. They said they'd send me new ones but I needed to send pictures. I said I would, but I'd rather just return them and asked if that was an option. I've reached out several times and received no response. Don't waste your money.
My shipment arrived 3 hours away. I contacted the post office who responded and found the package. My next step was to contact namastetics. They have not responded about my package. I need a replacement but they are not answering me. Very frustrating
I was really excited for this. I had seen the ads on fb and ig dozens of times and clearly should not have fallen for it. I ordered a bra and leggings. Size guide for bras says XL is for D-DD so I ordered that one. It is so tight and I am popping out of it. Products are clearly not intended for anyone bigger than a B cup. The leggings I ordered were obviously intended for someone who is 6' tall, there is so much extra length it just looks ridiculous. The material is comfy, not sure how long it will last though as I haven't even tried working out in it yet. If you are not shaped like a model, I would suggest getting workout clothes elsewhere.

Steer clear of this business. They claim to be an ethical and sustainable brand but should be investigated for false marketing. Their products are clearly fast fashion and their customer service is awful. They only accept returns for store credit. Definitely a bait and switch.
Ordered on june 11th and called on the 29th and was told it would be shipped that Friday or the following week. Tried to call the other day and no one answered. I had to call the bank and dispute the charge. They don't respond to emails either. They will take your money and keep it... SCAM
I orders genie pants and a one-piece on May 31. I received my merchandise on June 10. The quality is very poor, thin, weak material and sizing is inconsistent - size medium too big, XL too small. When I contacted Namastetics on June 11 to return the merchandise, I found out only merchandise credits were available and no refunds. Rather than lose money, I exchanged my merchandise for something else. They received my returned merchandise within a couple of days. Today is July 11 and I've yet to receive even email confirmation, order no. Or tracking no. For the new merchandise. Each time I reach out, I'm told the merchandise will be "shipped today." Namastetics is ripping off patrons and has no desire to provide quality products or care. Buyer be very wary. This is not a professional, reputable business.
