Their dresses snatch your body for sure. But sometimes the dress has soooo much compression that it's very difficult to put on.
Naked Wardrobe is great... until you need to return their clothes! First of all, they will force you to pay for return shipping. Secondly, when you finally return the clothes, you'll hear nothing but radio silence from them. In my case, I returned a pair of pants that didn't fit well. I KNOW for a fact it made it to their address because I have the tracking number, and it indicated a successful delivery. Despite numerous emails, they did not reply to my concerns regarding a refund. I had to report them to several regulatory bodies and escalate the issue with PayPal! Again... good... until you have to return the clothes. And unfortunately, you're bound to come across an issue in which you'll have no choice but to return due to fit issues.
I am new to the Naked Wardrobe family and with everything, the first impression is the best and lasting. Let me start by saying they have redefined the word "snatched." I have never felt so curvacious (I know that's not a word) in a jumpsuit in all of my life. Spanx who? I also had an experience with one of my orders that resulted into me reaching out to their customer service team by email. Their site says responses within 48-hours. Not only did I receive a response within 24-hours, I received a resolution at the same time. Ladies/gentlemen if you need a little bit of "snatch" to assist with those extra inches, I highly recommend Naked Wardrobe. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

I'm a real customer first and foremost lol, I've been shopping with naked for 5 years I love them I Love the material it lasts forever and if I ever have a problem which I hardly have they fixed it never gave me a problem I'm a repeat customer.
I LOVE naked wardrobe! I live in Los Angeles and every single time I have placed an order, I have received it within 2-3 days. Not sure why people are complaining about the shipping because on the naked wardrobe website it clearly states, how long shipping will take depending on where you live and the rest is up to USPS.
They are constantly emailing me new promo codes, at least 2-3. Times a week for discounts, which is very generous.
One time my dress was ripped and I emailed customer service with a polite message and a photo of the dress. I received a response in a very timely manner. A brand new dress arrived 2 days later and they didn't even have me send the ripped one back.
The packaging is always so clean and neatly wrapped in plastic, tissue paper, and a polymailer bag to keep the clothes in good condition.
I'll always shop from naked wardrobe. It's my favorite store and I've never had a problem with customer service.
I also was fortunate enough to meet one of the sisters who runs the company, she was definitely the nicest person I have ever met. I was shocked at how sweet and generous she was.
Anyone who has a problem with their clothes, website, shipping, customer service, etc. should give it another chance because we've all had bad experiences shopping anywhere and everywhere. Even amazon will send an automated email that says "thank you for your inquiry we will respond within 24-48 hours"
Naked wardrobe has clothes that can be worn over and over again without anyone noticing it's the same outfit. All you need to do is layer a different jacket or duster over it. The nw exclusive fabric is really flattering and hugs your body in.
I wish I could buy everything from their website!
I ordered 3 skirts and 3 bodysuits on Black Friday for $88 totally. Delivery was late. It took 2 weeks because of the holiday they did email me to apologize. All of them came out perfect style, good quality, matching size (I'm 5'5,154 lbs, weightlifting, I'm thick and wearing Medium). I love the bodysuit that Khloe Kardarshian wore. It's so pretty. Got it in 2 colors.
One bad thing to point out: I should have ordered more lol
Worst customer service ever. You can literally make an order mistake email them 5minutes after explain the situation and they still will say no exchange no refund. If it does not fit or damaged even with tags no exchange no refund. They do not care about customer satisfaction. Shop at "misguided" similar wardrobe and prices yet excellent customer service.
