The staff was very helpful, spent 30 minutes looking for a replacement part for my new microwave. For a $6.00 dollar part. I was impressed and thankful
Have not received the part yet, a better description(pictures) would be good, ordered on 12/6/21, it's now 1/5/22.

Installation was pretty fast, but inside corners where I have large valleys, they did not install the corner guards. Mesh was not installed at the inside and outside corners per your videos. Installers left sand particles on top of the mesh from their install and when I ask them to blow them off they said. "Why" and did not clean off sand particles. They are a good base for other things to build up on top of the mesh. No heads up by the install company of when the install would take place. Gutter bottoms still have layer of sand on the bottom from inadequate cleanout.
