I have had an extremely positive and professional experience with Jonathon. He has helped me enormously with a difficult shipping issue regarding one of my packages which was resolved positively.
I found Jonathon to be polite and knowledgeable and on several occasions he went out of his way to help me which included following up and getting back to me with responses to particular issues. He also found a way to make it easy for me to get back in contact with him when I needed an update on my queries.

Follow up of my last review. My shipment was finally split and I was surcharged $15:00. However my other items are yet to be released for shipment a week after my last review here. This time a customer associate got in touch without a name. My original goods arrived the facility on 11th November 2020 and up till now I have not been able to ship it. I will give the time frame when I finally get the shipment. However DHL handled my last ship and that was wonderful.
I order off Levi. Goods sent to myUS. Then weeks of vague questions asked which I respond to and then get a similar queries keep coming asking for information I don't have. I have provided as much as possible but they keep asking the same question without answering mine. I just realised these are robots answers... there is no human answering these... it is fake
Our team is made up of all real people. We do have an automatic message that is sent that informs you of current delays with our service.
Been using myus for over 5 years now. Their shipping speed and customer services(Christiana A) are second to none. Great shipping prices too ( they constantly add new shipping options to meet our needs). Thanks for everything!
I signed up to check their rates. Looked later to see that I was being billed $9.99 a month. They would not refund. I honestly am not even sure how I ended up with the premium version. I never even used their services, just wanted an estimate on shipping. Be VERY careful. SCAM ALERT.
If you sign up for our Premium trial it does list that after 30 days there is a fee of $9.99. This fee can be avoided by switching to our Single Package membership which is free or cancelling the account.
I had the chance to chat with one of Myus agents (Teresa), she was professional, very kind and helpful, resolved my case while chatting with her. While I was waiting since last week without any respond.
I returned to MyUS.com after break from their business and found their service to have deteriorated compared to previously.
No tracking number, not using my preferred courier, poor explanations, slow response time, just not good enough!

I had an issue with a shipment lately and spoke to John on customer service, who was fantastic and very patient when dealing with a hysteric me, lol. He got things sorted out for me fairly quickly, and I really appreciate him understanding my predicament and coming up with solutions that I'm happy with.
Package arrived at home in South Africa Monday 24-11-2014, handled very efficiently by DHL who achieved very fast customs clearance.
I am very impressed with the service, the only problem being the delay in receiving one of the shipments into MyUS.com suite due to some customization of the order.
Overall a very satisfied customer!

I have been using MyUS for quite some time now and could not be more satisfied with their service, the caliber with which they operate, and the prompt responses by their account managers and customer service representatives. They've become my go-to mail forwarding website.
I cannot recommend using MYUS. I shipped a parcel to them and according to the US Post Office, it was delivered. However, MYUS is claiming they never received it. Either one or the other is being untruthful or their incompetent. Either way, we're out $77. Their customer service dept simply sends us e-mails stating that they've forwarded our message to their warehouse and that's the end of it. It's not way to do business.
This was the first time I had used MyUS.com and did not know what to expect.
I'd been wanting this item for a while and was happy to find that MyUS.com provided such a service. Any queries I had was very well answered by the consultant on the chat service. I received my parcel within 4 days of arriving at MyUS.com, which exceeded my expectations as these included a weekend.

I heard about MyUs from a friend and that he had a good experience with them. I went a head, made an account and directly ordered from Amazon.
When my package arrived it was in a really good condition and nicely packaged.
I would surely use this service again if i wanted to buy anything form USA.
This is a very nice service. Bought my laptop from Ebay Seller who doesn't ship international. Price was bargain and have it shipped to my suite address on MyUS. Immediately, they forwarded to the Philippines and got it 3 days! Packing is neat and well organize. Definitely, I will keep on using this service. I feel like I live in the U.S. Support were very prompt as well. Keep up the good work and more power to MyUS! This is so far the best!
I'm from saudi and transacting with them is such a breeze. They consolidate items well. I would love it if they would make the packaging less bulky (less bubble wraps) especially when there are no breakable items in the shipment.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
