Let me tell you how much I hate this website! I ordered my daughter's birthday outfit 2 months in advance for her party. I spent over $200 on this outfit. Half of the order came in about a month after I placed the order. The other half never came! To make a long story short, I emailed these people probably 25 times! No joke! With no emails returned. So, her party was like 2 weeks away and I told them if I didn't have the rest of my order by her birthday that I was taking legal action. And what do you know, I received an email saying the remainder of my order would be refunded and it was via PayPal. I've tried to warn people on their Facebook page of these scammers, but they deleted all my comments and of course blocked me to where I could comment any longer.
I ordered two outfits, two party hats and a pair of customs sneakers. I emailed prior to placing my order to give them the must have date. Two weeks after paying I emailed the company and received an email telling me that it was going out the next day. Needless to say that day has come and gone and so has my $322. Today I received the shoes, a pair of scuffed up converse without the bows. I immediately emailed her of course with no response. Thankfully I paid with my Bankcard and was able to go to my bank and ask them to intervene on my behalf. During this process I was sent an email saying my order had shipped, when I went to the United States post office website it says label printed package not received. I'm pretty certain that is mail fraud. She also goes by a company called Sassy and Sweet the address is 8743 Fillmore Cir CA ******* please beware.
I wish I would have read these sooner! I requested a skirt and shirt by a certain date and paid more for shipping. I emailed and Facebook messaged and she said she will look but never got back to me. Them she made an address label to make me think she shipped it but after talking to USPS she didn't. I wrote again saying I do not want it that it was past the date I needed it by. Days later it was shipped and sent and still could not contact her. I Facebook messaged today since she claims her email is down - she was very rude and unprofessional. (Now after asking my money she had time to write me) she claims she shipped it the post office must be wrong. She claims that even though we got a couple sizes up for my daughter that it is normal that it doesn't cover her rear. She made many excuses and was very very rude! I do not recommend!
Well I ordered my daughter a tutu skirt with the top it came out to 100 after I paid for priority shipping... I ordered the Barney set with the lime green and other pretty colors... Well it got here in two weeks and it was nothing like the picture... The skirt had very little tulle and the colors were completely different and I only got one hair bow not two... I emailed them immediately they responded two days later
I have never ordered from them but I was checking them out. I do couture custom tutus and wanted to see what the capitation was doing. Guess I don't need to worry about her. Plus I do All my biz by email and personal phone calls. Anyone can call me anytime and I answer my calls. I do tend to sleep between 2am and 6am. Lol. I order 2 things for my daughters birthday a month I advance and paid extra for rush fee. I received a text asking when I needed items by. Shortly after I received one of the items. When I emailed inquiring about my second item they were slow to reply. She finally said my item was shipped which was a total lie. The tracking showed the packagae was shipped 2 days after she told me. I received it a week after I needed it. In fact she shipped it on te day I needed. Bad costumer service. Dont use. Too expensive and dont get it on time. And the worst the owner could careless
If I could go lower with the stars I would! I ordered 3 of the same mini top hats for my flower girls. It's indicated on the website that it would take about 2-4 weeks before I would receive them. 6 1/2 weeks later I tried to contact them and did not get a response. I finally went on their Facebook page and sent a message through that. I did immediately get a response and was reassured that I would receive them by the end of the following week. I received them yesterday, I need them for tomorrow. 2 out of 3 are ok... not of great quality. It's almost as if someone rushed to get these done in a day and send them out. There is glue all over the seams, very noticeable. The 3rd hat is barely put together. I'm in the midst of trying to get my money back but its proving to be more difficult than I've ever imagined. Through the several messages exchanged with the company I have never received an apology! They obviously do not show any care towards their customers. So if that's the kind of service you desire by all means order from them. If you are looking for quality work by professionals then I suggest you look elsewhere!
Contrary to the below comments I have always had excellent service and have been ordering for last 5 years. We are always protected with our purchases and our products and tutu sets always are a hit
Same thing just happened to me I order a Halloween custom and I had to be sending emails like I was stalking them cause they don't have a phone number and with emails I had to be sending the same emails 2-3 times. To make the long story short I never got the custom for Halloween and now she's saying it was send regular mail and it was deliver to my house. Who knows what happened to the custom and NOW SHES GIVING ME A HARD TIME AND DONT WANT TO REFUND ME,. Be very careful with this so call company don't recomend Her at ALL..
On September 2,2012 I placed an rushed order meaning I paid more money inorder for my items to arrive on time but they didn't I had to keep emailing tge company as if I was stalking them so on the 15 I recieved part of my order which I couldn't do anything with I needed the other part plus this was they day I needed everything for so once again I emailed them because they have no other way of you getting in contact with them so as of today which is october 22 I still haven't recieved my order I will never recommend anyone to order from the website they are so unorganized and unprofessional
